Angel was so awesome. He pointed out where supplies were for the inside of my car. Explained the different types of monthly subscriptions i could choose from and directed me to the cashier so I could get some help on an overcharge. Angie finished me up so I could clear up my account. Everyone was do kind!

Angel and Charlie were great! They even helped the non-geek reach the survey, which I really wanted to complete. Memberships a tremendous advantage. The car always looks good. It’s fast and convenient.

Great car wash. Staff are always nice and Angel did a great job repping my car for the wash. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Definitely recommend.

This car wash damaged my vehicle causing $800 worth of damage and they are refusing to contact me and resolve the issues. The employees immediately hit the emergency stop button and picked up the broken pieces of my car then restarted the car wash like nothing happened . I've been trying to speak to a manager but just keep getting told he is on vacation and the district manager won't return any calls .

Vacuums don’t work.
Air hoses don’t work .
Very run down and they charge $11 for a basic wash that doesn’t clean.
Go somewhere else.

I tried unlimited car washes for one month and i not renew. They charge my account for the next three months without authorization. I have gone by emailed them and cooperate for a refund and have nee heard anything. stay away from them
They replied to this review and said to all them and they would help take care of the problem. I have left a dozen messages and no call back. AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM

Where do I even begin with the *legendary* experience I had at Take 5 Car Wash on Boat Club Road?! If you think you've seen a car wash, think again! This place is like a spa day for your vehicle, but with more suds, more fun, and more *Charlies* than you can handle! (Or is it Charlee? Charleigh? Charl-E? Let's just say, she's a multi-dimensional car wash wizard).
First off, the staff here is beyond incredible. I’m convinced they’re secretly superheroes with a mission to make your car shinier than the sun. They greet you with the enthusiasm of someone who’s just won the lottery—and honestly, after my car went through that wash, I felt like I had too.
And then, there’s Charlie—Charley—no wait, Charli! Whatever dimension she's from, she’s basically the Beyoncé of car washes. She personally made sure my car was treated like royalty. I swear I saw her sprinkle some kind of magical pixie dust as my car rolled through the wash. By the time it came out the other side, my car looked so good that I was half-expecting it to get a modeling contract.
In conclusion, if you haven’t been to Take 5 Car Wash on Boat Club Road, stop what you’re doing and GO NOW. You haven’t lived until you’ve had your car blessed by the mystical powers of Charl-E (or however you spell her name). 10/10 would let them bathe my car again.

Ownership needs to go to the Take 5?on Jacksboro Highway AND the one in McKinney, maybe on Custer. Invest your money into improvements like these two locations and you will have more happy customers.
