I don’t usually leave reviews but please do NOT go here. Not only is it unsanitary, but the phlebotomist cut my vein and ended up getting blood everywhere. She even dropped a tube while I was getting my blood drawn. I’m genuinely worried about getting sick or infected from this visit.

I made an appt and got right in at my appt time. No waiting. I was greeted cheerfully by the worker and she was very friendly. She did a good job taking my blood.

I had a terrible experience. A short South Asian lady drew my blood and it was the worst experience of my life. She jumped on the opportunity to stab me, barely even checking for a vein (I always had a problem with finding a vein). She then pulled the needle out and stabbed me again and again "searching for a vein" which I know she wasn't since the needle wasn't even attached to the vial. She then went to my other arm seeing that I was in pain and used a smaller needle and finally found my vein. I left there traumatized and I hope she gets reprimanded for her actions. World's worst phlebotomist ever!

Crystal was so helpful! I left my paperwork at home and she was so understanding. She let me come right back with it rather than make another appointment. She was super sweet and efficient. I have had trouble giving blood before, but Crystal got my blood flowing with the first stick...no digging around required!

The only waiting I did was because I arrived early. Once I was checked in and taken back, everything was over in ten minutes. I was very impressed.
