Had appt. at 11:20. When I arrived, there were still 10-12 people (I was on the 2nd page of appts on the screen) in front of me with appts that started at 11:10 plus 3 walk ins. 50 min later, they had taken the walk ins ahead of the people who were almost an hour past their appt. Total time spent at this location was 2 hours. This is unacceptable. Thy need to limit the amount of appts they take if they cannot get to people in a timely manner. The location was not clean and smelled like pee. Only 1 kiosk for check in and it was not clear where it was located at arrival. I usually use the location on 8th avenue and even if they are busy as can be, I have never waited more than 20 min. I wanted to try a different location to see if the parking situation would be better but I won't be back to this location.

The older lady that took my blood sample, didn’t know what she was doing. It was to the point were the needle she used to abstract the blood, she said “oh what is this???” After she saw my reaction when she stuck me. Left me with a tremendous pain and bruising. Will never go back to that place again and will recommend others not to go either

The lobby/waiting area was cool, and clean with safe spacing for sick patrons. However when it comes to the workers at this site on 5/20/24, their energy was very negative not welcoming and almost rude. I while I was waiting another customer had either an appointment or question and when someone came to the door to address her I watched the eye contact and body language of the worker assisting and it said to me "why are you bothering me, what do you want" rude right! The same person was my phlebotomists and her tone when talking to her reminded me of my deceased but mean grandmother. I'm very sure I'm older than this lady but I look very young for my 41 years of age so I guess she assumed I was someone her age who she could talk to any way. These people act as if they do not want to speak to you AT ALL!!! Do your labs and get tf out!

Shon was great and was humorously upset with my doctor's office for not having orders already in (which really annoyed and angered me). I enjoyed her saying they weren't doing their jobs while I was on the phone because I can't say that and still have a good experience in their office, but she could say it and I loved it!!! Shon was professional, efficient and detailed. Glad to have such great staffers available at the Quest on Montgomery St :)

the nurse poked me twice fishing around in both my antecubital and hand. Both of which the veins were visible but she missed the vein both times. and left a blood clot under the skin on the back of my hand. she drew the blood from my hand with the needle lifted in the air at least 90 degrees. the nurse clearly needs more training

The parking instruction should be included on your appointment, so if this is your first time you know where to park. I end up parking across the street with my wife on a walker.

GET BLOOD DRAWN HERE! I was very anxious as i have not had to draw blood in a long time. I looked around Fort Worth all day and just picked this Quest location. I was soooo thankful to work with Shon. She was extremely helpful not only with the blood draw but saving cost for me. She was a pleasure to talk to, so patient and helfpul, you just dont get to work with people like her often anymore!
It was as easy to park and find!

The lady was very nice, got in and out within 15 minutes. The problem is she left a huge bump and bruise. The bump has gone down some but the bruise is horrible. Can't extend my are totally
