Horrible. I got here an hour early for an appointment and signed in. I koticed them taking walk in folks ahead of me. A woman who came out eating something helped a man at the kiosk. I let the woman know I was here early and would like to be seen early if possible. She told me that since I had an appointment, I had to wait until the appointment time. I asked if I could just be seen early as a walk in and she said no. Every time I saw her she was chewing and earlier I overheard her talking to someone in the back about egg rolls, it's 9:30 am. I am very disappointed with this situation and would like to know how I could be seen early? Should I have canceled my appointment and just came in as a walk in? It's very frustrating.

I was able to schedule an online appointment just 30 minutes before. The service was great! Our technician was so patient and kind to my daughter! I will definitely be back!

Parking is the worst. Be prepared to waste 30 minutes and drive up to the 10th floor, hoping it’s not full. You can make an appointment here, but it won’t matter. You’ll be sitting in the lobby still after your appointment time while they call back people not on the appointment list. Terrible.

I always have a pleasant experience with Quest. You never have to be concerned about what to expect from the employees because they're always friendly & about all, professionals. Cynthia drew my blood & I didn't experience any pain or bruise & she did it with one stick. I am a very hard stick with very small veins & they're "runners". Quest have experience & well trained phlebotomists, they're so nice & treat you with rest!

I wanted to bring to your attention an experience I had during a recent visit to Quest Diagnostics for a pre-employment drug screen.
Upon arrival, I encountered an individual named Cynthia William who displayed unprofessional behavior throughout the process. Despite being a returning customer to Quest facilities, Cynthia's demeanor towards me was notably skeptical from the outset.
Specifically, upon being escorted to provide my urine sample, I immediately sensed Cynthia's suspicion. After completing the collection, I noticed a minor issue with the lid of the sample cup. While attempting to rectify it, Cynthia abruptly took the cup from me and questioned why it was open, accompanied by disparaging remarks about the color of my urine. This was followed by her expressing concern about the lack of temperature reading, insinuating that I had tampered with the sample.
I found Cynthia's accusatory tone and rush to judgment disconcerting. It was disheartening to experience such unwarranted scrutiny and assumption of wrongdoing without giving any benefit of the doubt or allowing for a moment's consideration.
I believe it's essential for staff members conducting sensitive procedures such as drug screenings to approach their duties with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to fairness. Unfortunately, Cynthia's conduct fell short of these expectations, significantly detracting from my overall experience.
I trust that this feedback will be addressed appropriately to ensure that future interactions at Quest Diagnostics uphold the standards of professionalism and respect that customers rightfully deserve.

There is a problem with the proof of insurance. The automated machine does not recognize virtual insurance cards on mobile devices. There is no option on the Quest screen to skip the insurance part or to let it know I have it on my phone.

definitely irresponsible. I took my 10 year old daughter for allergy tests and they tested her for cholesterol…. There is nowhere to communicate for an explanation and the people who work there are always in a bad mood…. poor professional ethics!!!!

Kelly made our visit so pleasant and efficient. She had such care and insight for my 93 year old mom. She has professionalism, kindness, and humor... not to mention, she's great at drawing blood quickly!

Very rude. My doctor had supposedly ordered the “wrong test” and the lady yelled at me. It wasn’t even the wrong test I went to lab corp and they had everything. Do not come here
