I’m satisfied at least they got towels and window cleaner and multi purpose cleaner just incase you don’t have any in hand. The Vacuum pressure is powerful unlike some car wash I’ve been . I’ll come back!

Come here at your own risk! I took my car here once and their car wash completely knocked off my side view mirror. I realized it driving away, came back and sure enough the guy working found it lying on the floor inside their car wash. The workers there apologized profusely and seemed like decent human beings. They admitted to me that this has happened before with other cars. They also told me there is camera footage inside the car wash and this would be proof for me of their equipment knocking it off. I left all of my info and the details of what happened and was told I would get a call from the manager and they would reimburse me, as it was clearly their fault. The asst manager did eventually call after I made several attempts. He was also very nice but told me that the decision was up to their district manager. I get another call back from the asst about 1.5 weeks later saying that the district manager has determined it was not their fault and they aren't going to give me a dime. Well...how wonderfully decent of you. If I were to accidentally damage all of your equipment I can only assume I too would be absolved of all fault.

Horrible customer service! Going through one time didn't clean my car. Got home when I noticed it. Asked to go back through later that same day and they refused to let me get my moneys worth. I showed them pictures and videos with a time stamp along with my receipt around the same time showing it didn't get cleaned. They still didn't allow me to run my car though again. Honestly it probably wouldn't have cleaned it The cleaning system does not clean your car well at all.

I had my car washed then headed to meet friends at a movie theater. When I came back out I saw that the back upper window and the trunk area was still dirty. I went back with my receipt and ask for a rewash. The kid said, " nope, sorry about that," I come here a couple times a month but no more. Very bad customer service, especially since I had a receipt.

Just got home and discovered the entire back of my car hadn't been washed. Not sure what happened but it was filthy. Water spots everywhere. Had to completely go over my car after I got home. Don't waste your money.

WORST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! The payment machines never work properly and the wash is never clean. Had them run the car through TWICE this last time, and both sides of the car were still filthy. When I asked for a refund, the just told me we don't give refunds. I will not go back ever again. Dont waste your time and money here!

Love my membership. If your car is really dirty, you got a run it through twice but with the membership you know I got a pay, you get unlimited washes. They provide towels and glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner. Easy one stop. Never had an issue with damage here.

I'm not even sure why they even asked me to leave a review but okay.I went through the car wash. The air dryer BARELY dried the exterior of my car. I did a great job wiping down and vacuuming my own car. 5 stars for ME! Where are the full- service Car washes in the Fort Worth area anyway?
