Since moving back to the USA over 12 years ago, Chris Keel is my first choice for buying wine. He knows his stuff regarding wine. He only sells wines that he tastes first and approves of. He can guide you in selecting a wine that's right for you and/or right for the occasion. As mentioned, if he doesn't have the specific wine that you want on the shelf, he will find it for you if at all available in Texas. Highly, highly recommended.

i am only giving 4 stars because I have never set foot in this establishment. I was on the hunt for a wine that I saw in a review on a vlog. i called on a Saturday afternoon and the woman that answered the phone asked if she could put me on hold because there was a customer she was assisting . after a minute on hold, I hung up. she got my number from their caller I'd and promptly called me back. she apologized for the wait and asked how she could help. She wasn't able to find the wine in store. she asked if it was okay to text me. she texted me with a photo. it was not what I was looking for so I shared a photo that I had. she then became excited about the hunt. In 2023, this type of service is unmatched. I hadn't even spent a dime with them. I will be making it a point to go in and patronize this establishment.

Chris and Kate are fantastic! I live just down the street but had never been in there until recently. What a mistake!! This place is small but packs a huge punch when it comes the wine & wine knowledge. They stock great wines and are knowledgeable about them all. When you talk to them you can tell that they are passionate about what they’re doing. Go see them today! I’ll probably be there too…..lol!

Great little neighborhood wine shop with a quality selection of wine (all prices), spirits and gifts. Insider tip - buy a case, pay with a check or debit card and get 25 % off! I think the case with credit card is still 20 % off but I always come prepared. I love not having to deal with a big box store and supporting local. Chris is the owner and very nice. I wouldn't say he's the most talkative so you're not going to get a long drawn out description of a wine but don't let that fool you...the dude knows his wine! He travels all over the world learning and tasting wine. With the case discount I'm convinced his prices are the best in town! And DO NOT ASK if they carry Blantons - they don't! And I think he gets sick of the question. Definitely support this shop!! You won't be sorry.

A friend told me about this place, and it’s amazing. Kate was super knowledgeable and helpful (and a lot of fun). Wines are delicious, all small labels, and reasonably priced. Got a legit Italian red for $16 or so. Highly recommended!

Great selection of quality wine at reasonable prices (even better if you get the case discount). I do most of my wine shopping here and have since the store opened.When it comes to getting recommendations, Chris has a phenomenal understanding of wine and he has never steered me wrong.Google asked me to update my review in 2022 and nothing has changed. I've had over 10 years of excellent service here.

Chris Keel runs the perfect one-off neighborhood wine shop. Thoughtfully curated selections, decades of knowledge, friendly service, etc... There's a reason why he's been in business so long, and why we drive past 10 wine shops to get to his.

We were finishing up a work trip having come from California and looking for some wine to pair with takeout pizza. Kate and Put a Cork In It did not disappoint! We walked in and immediately recognized some of our favorites. After talking to Kate about what we normally drink, we asked her for a few recommendations. Three bottles later, and a fun turtle aerator, we made our purchase, picked up our pizza and headed to the AirBnB. The JuanGil Red blend was excellent! Looking forward to trying the others and stopping in again when in the Fort Worth area.

The people at the store are super friendly and helpful. Also, the selection of wine is fantastic and hits a range of price points. They also have a modest but quite solid selection of spirits. Great place if you want to stock up for hosting, pick up a gift on the go, or expand your horizons on wine.

My first time in this store and I was super impressed! Kate was so helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in told her what I was having for dinner and she knew exactly what kind of wine would pair perfectly! I can't wait to get home and pop this bottle open. I will be coming back again!
