They were incredibly patient in the creating process, incredibly insightful, and they were total rock stars in the receiving of the product! AND THEY HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK WITH THE PRODUCT!! Great customer service, easy to work with and excellent quality. I called out of the blue, never used this company before, and spoke to the owners needing help on a fast turn on logo shirts and aprons. Rick and Ronda could not have been nicer or more helpful. They came though for me with great results and fair pricing. I highly recommend calling them for your promo product needs.

Amazing costumer service, amazing product. I ordered a backdrop for an event, they helped me with the file, they guided me through the process with a lot of patience. Superb DTG prints and options.Thank you, to the team. We've been trying out new designs as we brand our products and business. The selection of stock and the website builder option allows us to launch an apparel shop that also helps raise awareness to the artistic side of our brand niche. As we are expanding our catalog, I will be launching the garment shop soon and just wanted to say thank you to the MPP management and team. Our prints have been beautiful. Colors vibrant.

I called and spoke to Richard, told him my situation and that I need 200 shirts fast. Richards help was outstanding and the cost was amazing but most of all, the product was🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 as well as price. And he did it in less than 24hrs. Oh! Chris also has GREAT customer service skills

I had no clue about what the hell I was getting myself into when I bought some transfers online, so I called Promo Planet and Andy answered the phone and talked me through it and said if you’re still having problems with downloading your transfers are anything feel free to stop by! I needed a custom shirt printed up in a hurry. I normally have used Zazzle in the past for my custom items, however they couldn't turn it around fast enough. I googled stores in the area and found Promo Planet. I am so thankful I did! I was only printing one t-shirt and they treated me like I was ordering a 5000 piece order. They were so friendly and helpful over the phone and were able to turn around my project within a couple of days. They took pride in my order even though it was just an uploaded jpeg. When I stopped by the store to pick up my order, they have a showroom with other products I could customize so now I have many ideas going forward. The customer service was spectacular both in the ordering and the picking up. I highly recommend !!!
