I have been trying to contact these people for two weeks for repairs to leaking Marvin Windows. I finally paid 162.00 to schedule a”technician” to come out. I thought the “technician” was going to look at the windows, discuss a plan of repair, and give me a quote. No, the “technicians” came out and took pictures. I was told someone else would contact me about repair…. 12 days later I am still waiting to be contacted. I have purchased Marvin Windows numerous times…. I have never been so disappointed in their service., while is BLDR.

The driver who was just on Heritage and Old Decatur Rd needs to learn how to read. This is not a 4 way stop and he pulled out and i almost hit him. The he proceeded to be unprofessional when i stopped my truck to tell me that he was in the wrong. Maybe he needs more education on road signs!!

Very rude lady in the front office. We attempted to pay several times and turned away each time. 1st time we couldn't pay over phone, 2nd time were told no cash, third time were told it wasn't the right time even though there sign said 4pm was the cutoff time and I showed up at 3:45pm, 4th time the persons ID was expired for a couple weeks. I understand that there are rules to follow but when your in business but usually getting paid for material is one of the most important if not the most important concerns, and here they were more concerned with looking at their computers and being rude than providing customer service. This was very poor judgment on the company to have such a low class person upfront turning potential customers away. Shameful
