The employees don’t mess around, they have a system to get you in and out and onto next customer.Have your package or article ready and addresses attached etc.They are busy so limit the niceties to being polite and thanking them.One of a limited locations I use for UPS shipping.”

Those two are a dynamic duo! I love seeing what creative ideas they bring to our team for any new project we approach them about.One of my favorite projects I've worked with the Rainbow team on was for a local advertising campaign. We were looking for something to give away that was unique and useful for the consumer but also cost effective. Topper and Olivia presented us with many different concepts, reviewed color and design options, and helped make sure that we stayed on budget and that the items would be delivered by our deadline. “This was such an excellent and thorough tour that I'm already planning to go back with family visitors next month. Efficient staff, exceptionally clean facility, and relevant information. I cannot rave enough about the acomodations one student needed due to her hearing aids being controlled by an app. The initial federal officer was unfamiliar with such an issue, but she very quickly and politely went and asked her supervisor on next steps. A plan was made within a blink of an eye and the staff was compassionate.This tour has been on my to-do list for several years and I'm thrilled they finally opened up again post-COVID restrictions.”

“I came to Dallas for an event a couple of weeks ago and a partner of mine had used Print Pointe for some last-minute printing. The quality came in great and the cost was very competitive. As a result, when I came back to town the next week and needed more brochures, I reached out to them again. They were able to get my order together and delivered to my hotel in great time. Unfortunately, the package was lost by the hotel when I arrived. I called when I returned home to track things down and we determined this was an issue with the hotel. Nevertheless, there was a genuine offer for Print Pointe to adjust my cost due to the mishap even though it was the hotel's fault. I'm impressed!If you need printing services taken care of, trust these people!***A quick add to this message - Leah was the person who was helping me.
