Primrose at Parkwood Hill exceeds any expectations we could have for our kids. Ms. Grace (Preschool II) and Ms. Bailey (Young Toddler) are absolutely fantastic. My kids are learning so much and love going to school to see their teachers (even front office staff) who love them like their own. We receive pictures and videos throughout the day of what they're doing and are always kept updated through the app if we have questions or concerns. We came from another daycare 2 years ago because of concerns and haven’t looked back since. If you’re looking for a premier childcare center, this is the one.

My daughter has attended since she just before she turned 4 and has attended Preschool II classroom with Ms. Debbie and Private Kindergarten with Ms. Murray and Ms. Cowley. We did not experience the pre-K class, but the teachers in that classroom are also fantastic. All the teachers and staff at this school are amazing and they have very limited turnover at this location. I have never had any concerns or issues while my daughter has been attending this school and I feel blessed that we found this school and that my daughter has had the experience of growing and learning with such caring and supportive teachers. It will be sad leaving the school to move onto public school, but we are happy to have had the time we have had as part of the Primrose family.

We went with Primrose of Parkwood Hill with high recommendations from our friends and could not be more happier! The management and teachers are all very caring, responsive, supportive and my son always came back home happy. They are quick to respond to all our questions and track all the “happenings” in the classroom. Thank you for taking care of my kid so well!

My toddler has been attending this school for over a year now, and I have only positive things to say about our experience. He’s been through the older infants class (shout out to Daina, Alexya and Dejia who are INCREDIBLE), now the young toddlers (Justice is the BEST and does so much for his class), and is on his way to early preschool.Every teacher we’ve had has been great and a comfort to myself, my husband and our son! He’s been able to build connections, has learned to socialize (he used to be really shy and timid), and it seems like he comes home having learned something new every day.Mackinzey and Sierra have always been a warm welcome every time we arrive. They’re friendly and personable and our son loves them! Candice is also very attentive and clearly cares about the daycare and everyone in it. She’s involved, and a great communicator to the parents.Primrose far exceeds the expectations of a daycare. Being a first time mom, I know finding the right fit can be difficult and a little scary even, but I promise you cannot go wrong here! Highly recommend!

All 3 of my boys have attended Primrose of Parkwood Hill. The staff is all amazing. They love on the kids, remember their likes and dislikes, work well with me when my kiddo is struggling in any area. I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else.

My nephew (A.J.S) is a student at this school. I am truly amazed at their process & procedures during this pandemic. I love how much he is learning every day. The curriculum is amazing and the teachers definitely continue to inspire these little people. He loves going to school every day. He shares everything he has learned with us over the phone. His teachers, his friends are all he talks about. He is very verbal when he explains and definitely lets us know when we did it wrong. That makes our heart happy and content because he's inspired to learn, feels safe and nurtured. And you can't put a price on that... Thank you for all that you do and give to these babies.

Very caring staff! Everyone is so friendly. We were very worried about choosing the right daycare for our 2 boys and I have to say that this facility has exceeded our expectations. Our boys are very happy here!

Primrose School of Parkwood Hill is amazing! We moved our first child here after being somewhere else and we are so happy we did. They take such care in providing a safe and exciting learning experience for the kids at their school.

I can not say enough how great this school is! The entire staff at Primrose is great. My youngest is now attending and is absolutely loving it! We have been since my middle child was 3, she is in first grade now.

We had tried out two other daycares before enrolling our toddler in Primrose Parkwood Hill, and both were not successful. Finally making the decision to move her to the daycare her older sister went to was the best decision. We dealt with HUGE turnover at the other schools, something we don’t have to worry about at PPH(Primrose Parkwood Hill). The director and several teachers have been there for years. This place takes care of our child, and you can tell they genuinely care about your child and not the money they are getting. They are on top of safety, and the well being of every child there, and my child is always in a good mood when she comes home and tells about all her teachers and her friends. Our only regret we did not start our little one there from the start.

My wife and I have been meaning to write this review for some time now. We have 2 children currently attending here. Our oldest is enrolled in the before-and-after school program (as a 1st grader). Our youngest will be graduating from Ms. Ashcraft's Pre-K program this Thursday. Both will soon be attending Bluebonnet Elementary together.Words alone cannot convey how thankful we are for Primrose School of Parkwood Hill and their staff. They are kind, professional, engaging, and good humored (especially during tough situations ... like pandemics, snow-pocalypses, etc). I believe that this is in large part due to their Director, Candice Shedlock (Ms. Candice). She is dedicated, humble, and almost always the first friendly face that I see when dropping off my kids. I hope that the Primrose powers-that-be know how important she and her Team are to my family."Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. We are new to Primrose and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. They have gone above and beyond for our family as our son has transitioned back into PreK. They have gone out of their way to communicate and help us feel at home in the middle of the year. Their staff is extremely professional and experienced. I am also thrilled with their covid response measures. I know my son is safe and well cared for.

Primrose of Parkwood Hill is one of the best decisions we made for our 2 kids! The entire staff & teachers are incredible. The staff always greets you with a smile, and are always so quick to answer any questions/concerns you have. The staff has also done an amazing job during this COVID pandemic to keep our babies safe & healthy. The teachers are so great about keeping you updated throughout the day of your child's progress/development & always sending a picture or 2 to ensure your little is having a great day. You can tell & feel how much love the teachers have for your kids which makes it so easy to go to work knowing my children are in good, safe hands. They are also very patient with strong-willed children which we appreciated to no end. When other schools turned us away, Primrose worked with our son to ensure he had a well rounded education and was ready for the 1st grade. Our daughter started when she was a little over a year old & has thrived immensely in her development and it's all due to the amazing teaching staff! My husband and I highly recommend Primrose of Parkwood Hill!

We love Primrose School of Parkwood Hill! The staff and teachers are amazing. They truly care about your children and your family while promoting play and learning in the classroom, even as infants. Putting your child in someone else's hands for the entire day is nerve wracking - especially as a new mom - but I've never felt more comfortable and I know my children are in excellent and caring hands. Primrose is more than just a school or daycare, they are our extended family!

Run, don’t walk, to Primrose Parkwood Hill. My nephew attended Primrose Parkwood Hill for several years and had such a great experience - so we knew it was the perfect place to enroll our son when we moved to the area. The administrators are so on top of things and genuinely care about your children. The teachers feel like family, and have gone above and beyond for my kids. The facility is clean, the Procare App system is great for updates and pictures during the day, and the curriculum is top notch. We love Primrose Parkwood Hill!
