The teacher and staff’s dedication to fostering the growth and development of children is fiercely evident. The care our child has received is unmatched, and it’s truly incredible to see the things he’s learned and how he’s developed since starting Primrose. The curriculum is engaging and age-appropriate, and the attention he receives is individualized and supportive. We’re so happy we have Primrose Alliance as part of our it-takes-a-village family!!!

Primrose at Alliance is AMAZING. As a first time mom I had a fear of putting my son in Daycare but they made it so easy to drop him off because I know they truly care for my son and all the other kids there.

I tried to get an appointment twice to go tour. I never got a followup. When I called the second time I was told they were sorry and would get back to me. Never got a call. I was very disappointed as I really like the Primrose in Southlake where my daughter went before. I really hope these franchise owners work out the kinks because they are bringing down the Primrose name

This is our second Primrose and my girls love going every day. Surprised by the other low ratings, after reading some reviews some seem a little unreasonable. Primrose has been great, love the meals they serve, the hours, and love of our girls. Our oldest goes to private school (second will follow) and our standards are fairly high for cleanliness, education, and safety, glad to have a safe place to take our girls every day.

Primrose has been top notch with both of our children. We are so blessed to have such caring teachers and staff. Even during the pandemic they were so professional and did everything they could to maintain a clean environment and still be parent and children friendly. We really have enjoyed our experience with both children!

So grateful for the staff at Primrose! I drop my son off confidently every morning that he is well taken care of and loved, which is the ultimate peace of mind for a parent. He has flourished and learned so much. At 15 months he knows sign language for more, all done, please, and eat and has learned invaluable social skills. I truly couldn't be happier with the care my son receives. I highly recommend Primrose at Alliance.

We had a wonderful experience at Primrose Alliance. The teachers and staff are caring, supportive, and knowledge. The love and support they showed my baby made being a working mom a little easier. I would absolutely recommend this location to others. The leadership, instruction, and care are top notch.

We have had our almost 2 year old enrolled here since May and have only had a great experience. The mgmt team are very friendly, informative and helpful. My sons teachers are actual angels. ( Ms. Cornell, Ms Walker, Ms Armenderez) They send pictures and videos throughout the day of the activities the kids do and have actual good food they serve them. My son has been coming home with all kinds of new words and skills that I have not taught him myself. My only regret is that I had not started him here sooner. Definitely recommend.

We have had our toddler here for 2 school years. A side from his very first teacher (Ms. Cornell), this school has been a mess. They can’t keep staff, they can’t keep directors, they may look clean but my child has never been more sick in his life. All they care about is money. If your child comes home with an issue that happened while under their care, and has to miss school they will continue charging you their overly priced fees because it’s “policy”. I get that if we chose to keep him from school. But when he’s sick from the lack of sanitation in his class and lack of communication about other children’s diseases FOR A WHOLE WEEK, that is on them not us and they still want to charge full price for your child missing. I thought this was all normal. That it was just the way preschool was. But in fact it is not, new moms this place is NOT normal and DO NOT settle. They will tell you they have certain amount of teachers per kids, but they won’t. They will say there’s always a certified teacher in the class with assistants, there isn’t.I feel so bad I genuinely thought this was the best place for my baby. I’d drive 45 mins round trip for him to go. But come to find out, it’s been wrong the whole time. Not sure if every location is like this, but the alliance location is 0/10 recommended.

Please stay clear from this place. We started taking our son here, and enjoyed it at first. Let’s just say they put the teachers first before the kids. They made it seem like our child needed therapy from the way he was acting. Truth is it was the teacher the whole time. Our son was right about telling us the teachers were mean towards him. So please stay away!

Both of my grandsons have attended this school and we could not be more pleased with the staff and curriculum the school has. Both boys loved their teachers and thrived here. Thank you so much for a great job!!

I'm not sure why this preschool has low stars but I feel they deserve more.-my husband works from home most of the time and we live about 30 min one way. Our son can choose to stay home but he says that he has so much fun and loves to hang with his friends -I'm not saying every school is perfect...there's been incidents where a kid pushed my son that my husband saw while picking up. But let's face it...kids are kids. When I brought it to the front desks attention on how hard the push was they sat down with the kid and explained why it was not nice and proceeded to write/draw an apology card. (I have 2 older kids and none of their daycares did this..let alone took the time) - my concerns are as important to them as they are to me. -I did walk throughs of several daycares before picking what was best for my son. The vibe from the teachers, management and staff leaves my mom gut feelings happy throughout the day. I know there's no worries.-he has one teacher at lunch who asks for the kids to take a moment of silence to thank for the food before eating. She does not push her religion onto the kids...but she does teach the children that doing this gives them patience, appreciation and being grateful. -I appreciate all the pictures and notes that they take the time to send throughout the day.

I could not say enough positive things about Primrose in Alliance. We drive almost 30 minutes each way and it's worth it! the teachers are incredible, the curriculum has my almost 2 year old advanced for his age, he has food allergies and they have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and I am confident he is safe. 10/10 recommend from us!

We came to primrose because we had an outstanding experience with another primrose in west Fort Worth. We put our second child here (1 at the time) and from the first day we got an incident report that she had scraped her knee. We talked to them about what happened and we were told there was a lot of kids to keep up with and it was just an accident. We accepted that response and just thought that it happens and let it go. Throughout the past year and a half, we received consistent incident reports. However, the last 4 incidents involved my child getting bit. We addressed this with Hilary, as it seemed to be a regular occurrence. Her response was "it's a phase and it happens." We continued receiving these reports only to get the same response. Not a solution, but an excuse. Then, our child was moved into another classroom with only a 1 day notice. They told us that they sent an email (which would have been a 2 day notice) but we never received it. They told us that our child was being moved because it was time for them to be with kids their age or older and this would probably help with the biting incidents. Our child continued to get bit (the first and second day in the new class) received bruising. The last time a biting incident occurred, I asked to speak to Hilary, but she would not respond to us, so we asked to speak to the owner of the daycare. That same day, I went to pick my child up, obviously very frustrated at the situation. I went into the new classroom and asked the teacher if she could explain what led up to the biting incident, wondering if our child was instigating because we never fully received the story. Before I could really have a conversation with the teacher, another front office worker, Stephanie, came in and told me that she wanted to talk to me in the office about the incident. I expressed my frustration, but all I received was attitude and excuses. I demanded to speak to the owner at that point because I felt that I didn't get a solution. The next day I got a call from Linsey the "Area Manager" not the owner. We had about a 30 minute conversation and when I expressed my frustration with communication and the biting, she disregarded how I felt and assured me her team member (Hilary) was a great communicator even after I told her that had not been our experience. I told her that this was our notice and that we would be taking our child out of the daycare because it was too many incidents, which is alarming. I was still left feeling unheard and as If my child was just a number and payment to them at this point. We decide to pull our child out prematurely, that same day. My spouse sent a message letting them know our child would not be returning. We didn't get a response back. We messaged them on the app - still no response. A few days later we got a response saying "that's too bad she will be missed" *like I said prior, poor communication* We had to get advice from another Primrose location with how to proceed in order to get our child's stuff back.My spouse called the daycare, with the advice from the other Primrose location, to let them know that she was going to pick up the remainder of our child's items. *diapers , wipes , clothes ect. Stephanie answered and as soon as my spouse stated who she was, stephanie gave her attitude. When my spouse arrived at the daycare, she had to find a teacher because no one was at the front desk. We were given our child's things in a plastic trash bag. No one from the front office talked to my spouse or tried to justify the experience. To this day, Jessica the owner, hasn't reached out or even communicated with us. It's a true disappointment with this experience! They don't take accountability or try to work with you on a solution. They don't carry the same Primrose culture that we've experienced at another location. A simple solution that would have kept us would have been, we will watch the kids better or maybe try to keep the bitters separated. I wouldn't recommend t
