Terrible Service, Staff and no Accountability for damages!
The Crew in California was actually quite good, professional and all in all did a fairly good job loading the truck and packing up our furniture. No complaint. They picked up our belongings on 4/12/24.
When the truck arrived in Texas, well that is a whole different story. HORRIBLE service to say the least for 10K paid all in advance. Truck arrived in Austin on 4/21/24 at 1:30pm.
The contract indicated that we would have 4 movers and we were sent only three. The 3 movers arrived at 1:30 pm and were gone by 4:30 pm. They DID NOT ASSEMBLE our furniture, that in Irvine was dismantled. They left most everything delivered to Texas in the garage or in the living room area. They were in a hurry to leave and to get elsewhere.
One of the three movers that was sent (he said he was sent from "Facebook MarketPlace") was definitely NOT a professional, and had some type of issue with our nationality.
This same employee was verbally abusive and continuously made Racial Slurs to me, and my father. He threw our boxes and furniture up the stairs with absolutely no care. This employee also assaulted me physically by throwing small pieces of broken furniture at me.
We immediately called the Austin Police Department police and filed a Police Report for this abuse and for racial discrimination.
We felt threatened by this employee as we have a very small child and did not know if this person was under some type of substance, if he was armed, or if could return at a later date and injure my family in any way.
Nothing was put together by the movers, (beds and bedroom sets, bedroom wardrobe, living room furniture, etc..) items such as our television was broken, furniture in my baby's room purposely broken by the employee listed above, boxes were thrown up the stairs as if it were garbage, while at least another 32 boxes are still left sitting in my garage and need to be taken upstairs. We had to mount all of our furniture ourselves and carry them piece by piece upstairs when we hired PRESTO LOGISTICS to do this job.
We contacted PRESTO LOGISITIC by phone and were promised that our TV would be replaced, but as of now NO TV and NO reply to our written formal complaint about their employee's behavior.
I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a moving company as PRESTO LOGISTICS employs people (at least at destination; from our first-hand experience ) that are not professionals. PRESTO LOGISTICS does not take responsibility for their staff performance, the delivery of furniture in the same condition given to them, nor do they render services promised.

The staff was nice and helpful but a lot of my items were damaged in the move. They also provided a prompt move and my items were delivered quickly.

I just moved from CA to OK. Presto answered all my questions prior to the pick up date. Pick up and delivery were prompt and efficient. The driver was accommodating when my apartment wasn't ready so I had them deliver to a different address. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

I had a fabulous experience with Presto Logistics on my move from Los Angeles > Dallas! I highly recommend this company.I reviewed ~50 moving companies and got quotes from Presto Logistics, Golan's Moving & Storage, and Ben Hur Moving and Storage. All three gave me roughly the same quote. The final cost was a bit higher than the initial quote because I did have more boxes than I initially thought, but it was reasonable. The cost is based on cubic feet occupied in the truck.The process:A representative from Presto Logistics came to my house to review my items and walk me through the process. Once I accepted their bid, I paid a security deposit that went towards the final cost.Anytime I had a question or needed to get in touch, they would get back to me within 24 hrs. All staff including office and movers were friendly, respectful and great to work with!On moving day they were on time and had 6 guys load the truck quickly and efficiently within 1.5hr. They took good care of my boxes and furniture, and my furniture was wrapped securely with blankets and plastic. You pay 1/2 of the balance by cash, cashiers check, or money order on moving day.They arrived in Texas within 7 days of move out day. The truck driver arrived when he said he would. Two guys unloaded the truck efficiently and took good care of my items. Nothing was broken or damaged. The remaining balance is due before they unload the truck with cash or money order.I happily recommend Presto Logisitics!

I spent almost 8000 $ with these company .they broke my 2 fans, and more stuff and put my refrigerator out side my house . They said they cannot put out inside because the door to small they even don’t try . The door was the same the house moving from . The employees so lazy and rude . The employees helped me move out work hard and nice , but the employees helped me move in were rude and lazy. I texted Henry he told me to call and do claim form . I don have time for it . I don recommended to my friend and family at all . Please don give them the moneys until they move everything done .

At least 85% of my furniture and belongings were either broken, damaged or scratched. These guys don't care at all about your belongings.
