Customer service is not always the best here nor can you find what you're looking for most times. Years later we call to the same service. They don't even know the products or have any product knowledge which is unexcusable. And then they had the audacity to treat a woman like she knew nothing when she actually was more knowledgeable than they would ever be! My first initial rating of them was a 3 years ago even with a bad customer service. Now they don't even have people in there that know anything about their products or the products used in this profession!
