Oh my, what a find! This place is awesome. Great postal service! They have fun birthday cards, Texas Souvenirs, Dog/Cat toy and supplies, lotions, standard office supplies, PO Boxes, old school candies, smell good things and other random gifts and not too expensive. This is my new go to place for last minute gifts and quick in and out pet items. Check them out! Wish I had known sooner.

Post and Parcel is THE BEST. Every single employee is so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond recently helping me get the shipping cost down for a very large package. Went in for a fingerprint appointment. Was super easy and got done quickly, much better than most experiences I’ve have. They had the best assistant there too! (Was a very adorable doggie). Will definitely come here for future appointments or package needs.

About the only thing you cannot get done here is a tattoo! How they are UHaul dealers is a mystery. Filthy, stinky vehicles and zero customer service. Had to get help from corporate customer service. Monica thinks they don't have to clean what she calls 'public' vehicles. Busses smell better. Food, trash and dirt everywhere. She also mentioned my 'list of complaints '. How about she provides some customer service? Trucks halfway across the lot and no inspection or instruction on how to use the vehicle. Tons of physical damage and receipts from other customers inside. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT CLEANED BEFORE I GOT IT. The worst is, there is no key fob. I have manually lock every lock every time. Worst experience in decades of using UHaul. For some reason, cannot upload photos here.

I’ve always had great service using this spot to mail my packages. Except for this recent time who ever was attending me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked how much it was to send envelopes for Xmas goodies. She closed the envelope so I still had to pay for it. Instead of just weighing out the package first and letting me know the price.
