My grandchildren love this place! My 4 year old grandson is obsessed with trains so he loves the giant track. My 8 year old granddaughter loves the veterinarian clinic. The place is always clean and the staff is always pleasant. We will return!

We love PlayStreet Museum, and our family has always enjoyed all of the opportunities it provides for imaginative play and learning! However, I was disappointed with our experience today as it seems some toys are in need of maintenance or replacement. For example, every collar and leash in the pet store was broken and unable to be used, there were no shopping carts or wooden scooters like usual, and the cash register in the grocery store didn't work. We will continue to visit PlayStreet Museum because there are so many other wonderful things to do there, but it's sad to see toys that are clearly well loved and used not get replaced so that kids can continue to enjoy them.

If you're like us and didn't expect a place like this to require reservations, don't waste your time. They do allow walk-ups if they're not busy. I guess for richer people in a bougie strip mall, five kids is considered busy. Go down the road to Kiddleton at the Hulen Mall. The play area is twice as big for half the price, doesn't require reservations, has an arcade, and my 15-month-old had a blast.

The lady working the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all. We walked in not knowing they only take reservations and she went on to tell me they were full and when I asked what time is available she just said they are booked and didn’t even think to throw in a sorry or to try and be helpful with finding a time to book. She was incredibly rude and that turned me off from this place. We used to love this place but we will not be back.

Play Street is tons of fun. Was such a great indoor play option for our kiddos ages 6 & 3. It's clean and the staff is so friendly. You do want to make a reservation ahead of time which ends up being a great idea because it keeps the crowd just the right size as it's not a huge space like some industrial size building that house indoor play. The areas and items are well cleaned before each session. Keep in mind that weekends are set aside for birthday parties/ celebrations. Have a great time we sure did.

Love everything about this place. It's well kept, very clean, toys regularly rotated, and new learning themes constantly introduced. Staff members are professional, always busy (never on their phones), and very courteous and friendly. I appreciate that they enforce their rules with parents and other children, so everyone can have a good time and things are well maintained. It's my son's favorite place to play.

Went 7/4/2023. Great place for kids. Great make believe activities for kids. The main reason that I am rating it a 3 is because a lady brought her son that was coughing sickly over everything. It was obvious that the child was sick so as a parent why would you allow your child to go out the house so sick? It was so disappointing because it’s not the kids fault but that parent. And the staff saw and heard the constant coughing fit that child was having. They should have refunded the lady’s ticket or made her come back another day. Health and safety should be the number one priority. So staff next time please send obvious sickly kids home. So they won’t spread germs to others.

A great place for my 4 and twin babies to play on a cold rainy day. It is a 2 hour slot and there was plenty to do for 2 hours. My oldest, was definitely the oldest there but that didn’t stop her from having fun. It could’ve just been that slot that had more younger ones. I was shocked with how much my littles enjoyed it. Love that the adult is included with the child.

We love PSM!! I wish the cap on amount of children was a little lower. When this place is full, it is FULL. My daughter has as much fun here as she does at home, but it's great to get out and not have to worry about clean up. Where this place excels is the pizza parties. She had an absolute blast exploring and we loved not worrying about dinner. We bought the pass and it has been worth it. I think it is 5 visits for $55, so you save a few dollars per visit. I think you have a year to use these as well, which I think is incredibly generous for 5 visits. The owners recently opened a second franchise location in Mansfield. This is a tad far for us but they did say it's a different theme, so I may be trying that one next!

We love play street museum! We've been to 3 different locations and Fort Worth has been the best experience so far. Very clean facility, nice staff, and the toys and materials are always so neatly organized. I love the thematic wall that changes regularly and there are so many educational options besides just play! So great for toddlers and preschool aged children.

We had so much fun! You must reserve in advance. It's $14 for 2 hours + a snack! This place is small and fully packed with so many things to do and explore. It's a great indoor spot to let out some energy! There are even activities/toys for non-walkers. There was definitely crying when it was time to go. We will be back soon!
