The branch manager is rude. She makes you feel you have no control of your money.
Also like you have done something wrong and makes you feel uncomfortable because of the way she would talk to the other staff about the situation.
A positive note Garrett is always helpful and very nice.

The nicest branch ever by miles! I don't normally handle my businesses in branches. But if in need of it I usually go to downtown. And unfortunately they are not the most caring of friendly in my opinion. So today had to handle a very important situation. I decided to try this branch and see if there was any difference in the bank's customer service. And absolutely yes! Not one but three ppl approached me to help me resolve my problem. I don't really like banks. But I can see myself visiting this one with some frequency. Thanks y'all!

Dislike the fact that drive thru says until 6pm but here I am 5:33pm and its closed
