I had a grooming appointment today but canceled and left horrified...the groomer and you know who you are was abusing the poor dog.. hit him or her on the head with scissors when he wouldn't be still...then started jabbing some long scissors down it's ear and it was screeching in pain...not just a few seconds but a long time and I could still hear this poor animal after going out the door..if you had your young light brown dog groomed today around 2...it is surely deaf now..will never go back and if you care about your dog you wouldn't either

We highly recommend this Pet Supplies Plus location! The groomers are amazing and are always excited to see our 3 fur babies! The entire staff is very friendly and helpful!
