“I recently (three days ago) had a very bad experience with the groomer I have used for ten years. My dog was injured and we spent 4 hours in our local pet emergency department. I felt so bad for my dog and am deciding what to do. Called Dede because I have followed her videos for years, and she is only an hour away and I would love to have her be our groomer. I left a message about what happened. Not only did she call me back, she gave great advice on how to best help my dog and how to proceed going forward. The groomer that caused the injury has not even called me back and I have left two messages. Thank you Dede.”

“Great selection of fresh water and saltwater fish and supplies. They watch their fish and medicate if necessary. Also I’ve seen them feed the fish and they feed different foods according to the fishes needs. Never had a fish from here die within a short time of introducing it to my tanks. In fact, all are still alive. For me, it’s better than the chain pet stores.”

Plus they are local as I live 25 miles from them.Thier rats are top notch. Always vacuum sealed and lots of dry ice to stay frozen.You can't go wrong with them. “Based on my visit today I give them five stars! They had a lot of feed and supplies, but I actually stopped for firewood. Which they DID have some! However, I need it to smoke meats so this type of wood wasnt exactly what I wanted for my brisket.The employees were friendly though and went above and beyond to help me out! The pallet of wood in my picture was priced over $200 for the whole thing (I was told that’s the only way to buy it), and the older/brittle logs are priced for $1/log. Unfortunately I don’t have a pick up truck for transport of the pallet, and then my husband told me these were not the logs he wanted anyway. No biggie!Oh! I’ve bought pest spray from here (yellow top, attaches to your hose) and it works miracles. We ultimately ended up going with a pest service though since we were spending alot to keep them from overtaking our house (this year was worse than normal).”
“FIVE STARS FROM ME? NEVER!!!....but today this happened; Our 60lb "Staffy" can be bullheaded and stubborn. Shes also super strong, and an easily excitable puppy. Zara was so filthy. She needed a professional. Through a Google search, I am pleased to have found this jewel in the ruff. Honestly this was the VERY BEST GROOMER I HAVE EVER USED. I can not say enough about this family owned business and strongly recommend you try their services. They definitely won my business.”

“I like this location better than the location on Meadowbrook. I'm a Guppy fan & I went to see what they offered. There was a nice selection of impressive looking fancy male guppies. There were many that I would've liked to have taken home but, one in particular caught my eye & I had to have him. He's been in my tank for about a week now & is a beautiful specimen... active, eating, healthy, & colorful. I am really happy with my experience there. The ladies there were very nice & very helpful. I enjoyed my time there & I'll be going back soon.”

Sarah was extremely helpful as I make adjustments to our supplies due to budget restrictions and health needs of new pets added to our household.
We discussed variety of products, inventory availability, and supplies to accommodate all the individual needs of each pet.
I rotate my retail sources as needs are dynamic, Petco is among one of the first stops I make to supplement my stock or shop for new supplies.
I also visit the potential adoptions & browse at area pet supply stores while running errands for other needs. These two locations are most frequently en route to other destinations.”
“I had a great time the other day at Petco with buy two birds and equipment. I haven't owned birds before, but the guy who sold them to me owned seven birds. He was obviously knowledgeable, and he gave me a 15% discount at the checkout. I was very pleased with the customer service and the pricing.”
“Had to go to return a few items I didn’t need and found out the girl that charged me the first time charged me twice for one thing and didn’t charge me at all for one of the items I was trying to return. Despite the odd situation, the workers worked quickly to help me resolve the issue. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, it’s my favorite!”

“I’m a loyal customer at this store. It is well stocked and fairly priced and I love the grooming area in the back of the store. I recommend getting the dog bath punch card if you do take your dog somewhere outside of your home to be groomed.
The staff can occasionally be slow when it comes to curbside orders. I’ve learned to go in and ask for a pickup order versus using their mobile option and waiting for someone to bring it out. The last two times I’ve tried curbside, it appeared no one was looking for those notifications because when I came in to get it after waiting a while, the staff was chatting with each other in the front of
