“I’m a loyal customer at this store. It is well stocked and fairly priced and I love the grooming area in the back of the store. I recommend getting the dog bath punch card if you do take your dog somewhere outside of your home to be groomed.
The staff can occasionally be slow when it comes to curbside orders. I’ve learned to go in and ask for a pickup order versus using their mobile option and waiting for someone to bring it out. The last two times I’ve tried curbside, it appeared no one was looking for those notifications because when I came in to get it after waiting a while, the staff was chatting with each other in the front of

“Great selection of fresh water and saltwater fish and supplies. They watch their fish and medicate if necessary. Also I’ve seen them feed the fish and they feed different foods according to the fishes needs. Never had a fish from here die within a short time of introducing it to my tanks. In fact, all are still alive. For me, it’s better than the chain pet stores.”
“My second order was placed today. When I was new to the hobby I used other vender. Never again. As long as Big Cheese is open I will buy from them. Plus they are local as I live 25 miles from them.Thier rats are top notch. Always vacuum sealed and lots of dry ice to stay frozen.You can't go wrong with them. “FIVE STARS FROM ME? NEVER!!!....but today this happened; Our 60lb "Staffy" can be bullheaded and stubborn. Shes also super strong, and an easily excitable puppy. Zara was so filthy. She needed a professional. Through a Google search, I am pleased to have found this jewel in the ruff. Honestly this was the VERY BEST GROOMER I HAVE EVER USED. I can not say enough about this family owned business and strongly recommend you try their services. They definitely won my business.”
“Based on my visit today I give them five stars! They had a lot of feed and supplies, but I actually stopped for firewood. Which they DID have some! However, I need it to smoke meats so this type of wood wasnt exactly what I wanted for my brisket.The employees were friendly though and went above and beyond to help me out! The pallet of wood in my picture was priced over $200 for the whole thing (I was told that’s the only way to buy it), and the older/brittle logs are priced for $1/log. Unfortunately I don’t have a pick up truck for transport of the pallet, and then my husband told me these were not the logs he wanted anyway. No biggie!Oh! I’ve bought pest spray from here (yellow top, attaches to your hose) and it works miracles. We ultimately ended up going with a pest service though since we were spending alot to keep them from overtaking our house (this year was worse than normal).”

“I like this location better than the location on Meadowbrook. I'm a Guppy fan & I went to see what they offered. There was a nice selection of impressive looking fancy male guppies. There were many that I would've liked to have taken home but, one in particular caught my eye & I had to have him. He's been in my tank for about a week now & is a beautiful specimen... active, eating, healthy, & colorful. I am really happy with my experience there. The ladies there were very nice & very helpful. I enjoyed my time there & I'll be going back soon.”
“Issac always greets my family with a smile!! He helps us no matter how many questions we have or how long we take. The best thing about him is he is extremely funny and entertaining at the same time. Isaac gives us tips about how to train our dogs while we're reading about which fish we want to buy today. And then he reminds us that we need crickets for our bearded dragon like he remembers everything is customers. He is such an amazing Guy, we look forward to seeing him every time we come!! Sarah was extremely helpful as I make adjustments to our supplies due to budget restrictions and health needs of new pets added to our household.
We discussed variety of products, inventory availability, and supplies to accommodate all the individual needs of each pet.
I rotate my retail sources as needs are dynamic, Petco is among one of the first stops I make to supplement my stock or shop for new supplies.
I also visit the potential adoptions & browse at area pet supply stores while running errands for other needs. These two locations are most frequently en route to other destinations.”

“I recently (three days ago) had a very bad experience with the groomer I have used for ten years. My dog was injured and we spent 4 hours in our local pet emergency department. I felt so bad for my dog and am deciding what to do. Called Dede because I have followed her videos for years, and she is only an hour away and I would love to have her be our groomer. I left a message about what happened. Not only did she call me back, she gave great advice on how to best help my dog and how to proceed going forward. The groomer that caused the injury has not even called me back and I have left two messages. Thank you Dede.”
