The staff can occasionally be slow when it comes to curbside orders. I’ve learned to go in and ask for a pickup order versus using their mobile option and waiting for someone to bring it out. The last two times I’ve tried curbside, it appeared no one was looking for those notifications because when I came in to get it after waiting a while, the staff was chatting with each other in the front of

My Favorite Groomer LLC
3713 N Beach St, Fort WorthI recently (three days ago) had a very bad experience with the groomer I have used for ten years. My dog was injured and we spent 4 hours in our local pet emergency department. I felt so bad for my dog and am deciding what to do. Called Dede because I have followed her videos for years, and she is only an hour away and I would love to have her be our groomer. I left a message about what happened. Not only did she call me back, she gave great advice on how to best help my dog and how to proceed going forward. The groomer that caused the injury has not even called me back and I have left two messages. Thank you Dede.

They did an amazing job encouraging him when he did good. My other dog is a little reactive, and when he had to go in for the first time, the staff did such an amazing job that i knew my other dog would be perfectly fine here. He had a funeral the next day, he called me right after to give my my cats test results. Then he followed up with us several times. The following week, I took my cat for a follow up and also brought my dog, who had a large tumor, he said that he could not preform the surgery there and referred me to 2 other vets. He did not charge me for that days visit. I wish I would of found this vet years ago. I have lived in the area over 25 years. I will continue to see this vet, Jeff R., as long as he is practicing. Her ability to follow commands outside (and in new places) was extremely hard for Coco due to the many distractions that come in these different types of environments. Sam helped my sweet Coco girl with this tremendously! Our walks outside and play sessions in open fields are a dream! I can confidently have her off leash without having to worry about her running after something. And Coco loves Sam! He sent several videos with thorough explanations on how to practice each command. Every time I watch them, Coco gets so excited to hear his voice. This was hard for me to leave my sweet girl for 2 weeks but Sam was so good with her and I knew she was in great hands! You won’t be disappointed!

Ginger is a lot happier when she gets to play and socialize with other dogs and people. The play-yard is secure and free of hazards,it is clean as well as the interior of the building. Doggie Diggs also offers other services like grooming and nail trims as well as some other services which is convenient. Dropping off and picking up is easy and quick and they usually know the pup parent's schedule so they ready for them when they arrive. It's in a good, safe location with easy access to downtown or the major highways. We feel welcome there and we're very happy there and will always be a client.
