This place!!!! From ordering to delivery, it was a great experience. They took the time to tell me all of the plants that they have there and together, we picked one out. They even put a little angel in the arrangement since it was for a loved ones fur baby passing away. They are locally owned and operated so that gives it an extra special touch. They were very patient with me as I did not even know what I wanted to send. Payne's is a must if you need anything floral!! I will use them again :)

I would highly recommend this Florist! They offer a variety of options for any occasion. Friendly, Helpful, knowledgeable, just an all-around great experience. The arrangement was delivered on time and looked very beautiful! Thank you so much!! I will definitely be using this Florist for many occasions moving forward.

My mom’s cousin (out of state) sent her a plant for Christmas. This is what Payne’s delivered. I tried to give them a chance to rectify the situation, but they didn’t return my call.Edit: It’s been a week now, with no word from Payne’s. I’m adding a picture to show more about the plant’s condition.

I've already left one review where the owner promised to make it up to my mom (91) for the terrible plant an out of town relative had delivered. I'm sure a premium price was paid, but Home Depot would have discounted this plant. I'll go ahead and add the sad pictures again.

Has good customer service! When a item not available they call to ask if u want toSubstitute. The only thing is they called a few times to substitute item’s. I understand u run out of flowers and colors but not most of the time it shouldn't happen. If it wasn’t for that they would get 5 ⭐️ stars!! But overall pleased !! Im not even from that area but they do good services!!
