Went out of their way to work a a fair deal on a loan for me even when they didn't have to and could have low balled offering a few bucks or just declined in the way other pawn shops will do to their customers without a second thought. Genuinely appreciate the customer service. Wouldn't go or reccommend anybody else other then to them going forward. Thanks again guys.”

“Stopped in just to see what they had. Everyone was cheery and very attentive, without hovering. I use a rolling type walker to get around and a lot of places aren't exactly accommodating to my using it in their store. They had one in inventory, which I bought for a friend that needed one and the price was cheap. My friend was thrilled by it. Combined with a guitar and ultra nice gig bag, my total was $150. They'll get my business again!”

“Real nice folks in thers very fair pawn shop! Always give me what i need within reason. But i always come back for my stuff! Thats key! If you know your not coming dack for it dont wast there time just sell it and take the money. Some people dont know this but they have an algorithm that keeps a score on you based on your consistency, so if you constantly pawn stuff and never come back they will never offer you top doller for ANYTHING the computer won't let them it knows your a dudd! If your always consistent, they usually will give you what you need cuz they know your good for it! (Word of advice never pawn something for more money than you need it just makes it easier to get back) then that one time you really need cash take em something good and you will get what you need within reason. The managers a real nice dude, and all the employees ive encountered are Super Friendly, this is the best one in fort wort.”

“I have been going there for years know the owner and the staff well this shop will take items that most others want on a pawn or purchase remember this is pawn shop they are helping you with a loan when you need it most to get bills payed or just short on funds pay your interest on your loan and they will always be there to help you if not you loose your item they work with you and give time needed as for employees not every employee is the same so don't judge everyone on one experience .”

“When I need a loan these folks are kind, fair and give me a good price for the merchandise I bring for security. I don't use banks. As long as you redeem your tickets you'll get top dollar on your loan. The folks here are good people. I would recommend this Pawnbroker over any other.”
“I have been comeing here for a few years.. Major reason why I love this place is because one time I accidently forgot to pay my pawn ticket so they had to bring my items out into tha show cases but being that they knew me, they did bring them out but they never took them out of the envelope they had been holding them in because they knew I didn't want to loose them. Sure I had to pay a little more to rescue them but they didn't let anyone buy my items and for that I am forever greatful.”
