My experience here was awesome the leasing agent in the office by the name Aaliyah, & Ms. Cassandra was amazing!!! Very professional, sweet and just a breath of fresh air … reading the reviews will have you a little scared but I must say! Take a leap and walk in I promise you will not regret it ! ?

I’ve been living here for right at two years and I actually love it here. These reviews are ridiculous and the office personnel is amazing. On multiple occasions, they have ALWAYS been in my corner with whatever I needed, so I’m trying to understand where all the negative feedback is coming from. Ms. Cassandra is lovely and always has been! We have a secure place for packages to be delivered, my neighbors are very nice, the maintenance personnel is always working around the complex, the pool is always clean and we have a gym!!!! They do stuff for our community all the time; on multiple occasions I’ve seen CVS here doing health screenings, food drives, giveaways to parents with small kids, they handout snacks to the kids after school and the list goes on... so again, where is the negativity stemming from? There’s no violence, no late night hangouts (I have come home very late and never see people hanging around), we have security riding around, the property is always clean and there’s always kids out playing and having fun! So again, don’t let the negative reviews keep you from living here or visiting the property. I like it here and always have, so thank you for all you do Patriot Pointe, its appreciated!

Pool only open one time out the year. The manager is extremely rude but of course yall know that cause that's what all these reviews are saying about Chasaty.She very unprofessional Kids gone be kids regardless they need to get something inplace to wear everyone don't have to be punished because of what others do.

I have lived here since 4/1/21. I hope to be here for many more years. Management is very proactive about taking care of problems before they become big problems. I honestly can't think of anything negative about my time living here so far.

Maintenance showed up on time and did everything I asked. Very polite did not accept a bottle of water I tried to give them. They were very professional and worked good together.

I was thinking about Renting a apartment, but the gate has been damaged, broken and it doesn't look like management is concerned or considering fixing the gate. I bet the New tenants had to pay some type of fee for the gate code or gate access.Ppl should be requesting credit on their rent!

Loved living here, office was always helpful. Took a while to get approved but it all worked out. Really nice apartments.

Don’t lease through these apartments I applied decided I didn’t want the apartment anymore . They kept my deposit now saying it’s non refundable never heard of such thing they company lost money because I didn’t want to move in !

Management and maintenance experience nightmare. My ac has been out for over a week and they gave me a personal ac unit for my room only to take it back 2 days later(to give to another unit who's ac is out) on a promise of a new unit the next day. Only to not be open on a day on the next day, which their buisness hours state their open and no one is available to assist or even take a phonecall.

Im going to keep it real and they can remove my comment if they want to ?. These apartments are literally trifling , lazy , the staff always lying saying they gonna do this and do that but never seems to carry out that promise. I never understood why I have to call so many times to tell them to power wash the hallways . Trash is always outside on the ground infront of the apartment complex . It’s getting to the point where you don’t even wana invite your family/friends over . They need to hire a whole new entire team and re-do everything . Don’t even waste your time applying here trust me ! Save your money people !!! I said what I said .

I was a resident but only for a year. Super sad because I loved my apt. However, front office is rude as all out doors, anytime you have to have a conversation with the property manager Chasity she acts like it’s not her job to assist the residence it was to the point that I stopped going into the office. I received 3 notices for me to do my recertification and when I called to make an appt I was placed on speaker to have someone else tell me no I cannot. Because they are so lazy, I had 2 notices placed on my door that was originally dated for 3/4/22 but they crossed it out and put 3/7/22, the notices was placed on my door 5 mins of each other and when I addressed it I was still lied to. Guess the workers didn’t let Chasity know I had a video door bell. I asked why couldn’t I do my recertification and renew to be told that 1 even if I did a recertification it doesn’t guarantee a renew and 2 they just decided they didn’t want me there no more. I wouldn’t recommend anyone move in it’s not worth moving in for only a yr and then be told they don’t want you there just bcuz that’s what they decided. If I could go without putting a star believe me I would 1 star is just too generous.
