My husband and I lived here for a little over 2 years. We enjoyed our residence here. The office staff were always welcoming and quick to respond to any requests and maintainence showed up within a day to fix any requests. Most of the building is young working professionals so we didn’t have issues with noice complaints. Living downtown can be noisy at times with the hustle and bustle but that is to be expected. We loved the location because most of our favorite things to do were within walking distance. We are sad we had to leave due to new job opportunities but would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Misty and Britt were amazing. Misty took us on a very thorough tour of the complex and pointed out many helpful tips regarding local activities and events. She was very knowledgeable about the complex and the area. Brittaney assisted with the application process and walked us through the addition of our documents. It was a very trouble free experience with a very thoughtful and helpful team!

I have to say I was hesitant when my daughter told me she wanted to live downtown.While moving in we spent some time with her.I feel much better, they have very nice amenities, close to restaurants, shopping and main attractions in Ft Worth….The staff is wonderful, loved a residential function we attended. The host was amazing“Brittany”If ever we needed to relocate, I would love toFind a community like Parker House.

The community manager Misty was of great help and was very adamant at answering my questions (I had a lot).I had a great walkthrough of the apartment and it was very clean as well!.I was also surprised to see how nice the surrounding was.Thank you again misty!

I recently reached out to Parker House to gauge availability for a move from out of state. Understanding my situation, Brittany immediately responded via text/email, and she even made arrangements for me to tour the units via Zoom. She was super helpful and more than answered all of my questions!

I've been here for 7 years in March. My experience has been absolutely amazing, hence the long term residency. Misty has always been so kind and loving, Brittany is a tech genius and also so sweet. Manuel is prompt!I'm impressed with the ladies in the office with their ability to make you feel so comfortable and loved. This property is more than just apartments, it's home.

The Parker House impressed me from the beginning! I took a self tour and couldn’t wait to move in. It’s a smaller property which was good for me because it wasn’t overwhelming learning where everything was. I feel safe at the Parker House. Neighbors are quiet and all the staff is amazing! Service requests are taken care of right away.

Moving from the country life to the city life had me second guessing. Turns out I love it in the city and Parker house is the perfect community to make you feel at home. The staff is personable and on top of that, grounds are kept nice and Misty is all around just great. Compared to the other communities we looked at, I'm glad we made Parker House our home.
