We had a business get together here and I was insanely disappointed. Literally the worst experience of any cigar lounge I've ever had.When's we arrived we were told that in order to stay we would have to purchase $30 in product a piece to stay. We said that won't be a problem because we have a large party of ten or more and we usually spend more than that. We asked to start a tab and were told that we couldn't start a tab.So me and my business partner went into the humidor and we carefully selected enough cigars to get us right at $30 just so we can stay.We were so focused on meeting that minimum that it caused us to ONLY spend $30. So we got four or less cigars that would get us through the night.Minimum purchases like this are actually counter intuitive to consumer mindset and spending behavior.Because I had to spend $30 up front, I got several lower cost cigars all at once for the whole evening as opposed to getting a Placencia or high end Padron later. My tab was essentially closed early on so I had no desire to get anything else after the initial transaction.Because of the policy we decided to let every man get his own bill.The seating is also pretty limited so I wouldn't reccomend a large party. Or propose to have business meetings here. I imagine this is the reason for the up front purchase.And finally our ash trays were not emptied the entire evening.The tobacconist did say the minimum purchase was a new policy and several regulars were clearly upset by it and were complaining so I hope this is done away with soon.

I have been to plenty of shops big and small around the country. First off its clean, well stocked, good prices and the staff is knowlegible. They are also obvioysly pro 2A and believers.Since I am moving here in two weeks I jumped on a membership. The most reasonable I have ever seen. Lots of good folks and conversation. Looking forward to spending lots of time here.

I'm happy to say every box of cigars have been, flawless and I smoked a number of Cigars. The type of quality and service , should be noted. Every person I left smoke your brands were amazed of the smooth taste and burn. I appreciate the service and smokes you have, and will always do business with you.

I live 2 hours away, stopped in with my brother and we got a couple cigars. After purchasing, cutting and lighting the cigar, the employee let us know that in order to finish the cigar, we would need to purchase a total of $60 membership or we would need to sit on the benches outside the front door. This is Texas, it's hot out here where I sit, outside, Infront of the establishment that I bought this cigar from. My brother and I meet up in fort Worth once a month and enjoy a cigar together. Very disappointed to have been pushed outside to finish the cigars... They should have told us first...

Awesome cigar lounge, won’t find a better deal, with this kind of service, anywhere else in Fort Worth. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for cigars or a cigar lounge.

This shop has a wonderful array of fine cigars, pipe tobacco and other tobacco related accessories that have been carefully curated. The customer service is top notch. Matthew and Aaron are true tobacconists who are keen to provide recommendations and answer any questions regarding their products. Highly recommended for seasoned connoisseurs and occasional smokers alike!
