Called ahead and the person working told us that they could try to match it in store. Went in and he was able to scan and match it perfectly!! Just got home and did the touch up can’t even notice the difference in colors honestly. So impressed at how quick and easy that was!! Super good customer service too :-)”

“The fellow who helped me was impressive. I brought in a chip of paint from my ceiling that I wanted matched. He used S-W eqpt to match it and mix a gallon of paint that was spot on. I have bought S-W paint for a number of years but not used this technology for color matching. I commend the company and this person, in particular. I don't know his name. He works in the store on Alta Mere in Ft Worth and is on the tall side and maybe 25 YO. He was really helpful and my paint was mixed in a very short time and ready for me to use.”

“Best feature? Not a big-box store. Staff is ACTUALLY knowledgeable, product selection is quite broad - I've rarely failed to find what I need here. Prices might be a little higher on some things than the generic big-box places, but then they might have something on the shelf that will do a better job for less! If you don't know EXACTLY what you want, it's a good idea to ask someone - you'll get good advice. Not just someone who helps you hunt on the racks. Amazingly large selection of screws and bolts and nuts, not just pre-bundled packages - you can get just what you need.”

“I had never went to a Sherwin-Williams before and all knew about it is that they sold paint. So we came here to try to see if they could color match some paint for me to do some touch up on my walls. I brought in a piece of the wall with the paint and the cashier got right to work. (I unfortunately did not get his name :( ) he took his time and did multiple tries before he got it perfect for us. He was great and friendly and helpful and can't thank him enough. Thank you!”

“I've used this location a handful of times, never had a bad experience. The customer service has been great every time. I'm not sure how they fare with the "just painting my own home" people. But, as a contractor, they're great. The store is poorly laid out and in serious need of a remodel though. It just looks dirty and unkempt.”
