If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an online order that came to over 400. One item was missing from the order. They would not admit that it was their fault. Told me to file a police report for the missing bikini bottom when the box came sealed.

I will NEVER give this company my business again. Horrible customer service. I attempted to order a pair of jeans for my daughter on Cyber Monday while they were on sale but when I clicked submit order the sale price went away and it charged me full price. I called customer service and the first person I talked to was rude and then their cell phone rang, they answered it and hung up on me. The second person I talked to was a little nicer but they still refused to cancel my order and refund my money. Even after he admitted he could see that was was charged the wrong price he refused to adjust the price. It had been a whole 10 to 15 minutes and they said it was too late to cancel and I would have to wait until I received it and then return it if I didn't want it.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this store at this mall at all. I understand why the store has no one making frequent purchases and is always empty. Very poor customer service!

i went in with two of my cousins and bought 3 items from brandy melville, and while i was checking out the lady (i didn't get her name, but she was short working 3:00 on saturday) was making fun of an item i bought loud right in front of me to another employee. it was a plain white jacket. it felt like a stab in my heart and i almost cried. then around 10 minutes later i returned the item because i won't let anyone make profit off of disrespecting me and she threw the change at me. oh well she can stay mad because i went and bought a similar item at tillys ( the whole working staff were soooo incredibly nice)and i could go to any other pacsun or brandy store and buy that. i have never given a review to a store before but those actions should not be able to get away with.
