Ok note that since last reviewer they have been bought out by healthline owners. Problem 1 was no answer on phone call kept saying less then one min. For 30 mins. 2 no business sign at the moment guess it's due to new owners. 3 I can't say anything about billing yet as mines included as long as I use it. Which I plan to. Those things said it was fairly fast once my appointment time started I was seen in less then 10mins. Which is way faster then doctor offices she asked multiple times if I understand how to use everything and if I had questions. They are supposed to order additional parts being filters if they don't arrive I'll update that. Other wise seems new ownership will be better then they were but this is just my first visit. Hopefully their hiring front desk soon.

I am currently putting the rating at 4 stars, I was able to contact them easily and get the information I need. My Dr should be submitting a prescription to them for oxygen. I will update this review if the process goes smoothly or not.

ZERO STARS OR LESS!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT GET WITH THIS COMPANY!!! DONT LET A DOCTOR REFER YOU!! DIDNT USE IT, TOLD THEM TO PICK UP THEIR EQUIPMENT AND THEY SENT THE BILL TO COLLECTIONS!!! NEVER HAD ANYTHING BUT PERFECT CREDIT UNTIL PACIFIC PULMONARY!!

Single most difficult company I have EVER dealt with! If you need to reconcile your bill, you absolutely cannot reach a human being to talk to. I have left messages repeatedly (which they will tell you is the only way to reach billing) only to have no one call me back. So much time has gone by that it cannot be reconciled. They called me yet again to reorder. You have got to be kidding me! I will never order from them again!

Never returned calls. We have been trying to get in touch with them since Nov 2017 to get a nebulizer for my dad and still no response. We've left multiple messages and no one responds. This is supposedly a medicare provider but they are not providing much!!!!

Zero customer service. I have better luck driving 100 miles than getting anything done with them over the phone. Here’s the last time I tried calling. Never did get a human but became very familiar with the two Muzak tunes they play.

Do not use this company. The worst company ever. It has an F rating from the BBB. It’s a better choice not to use them and take your chances without the machine and just hope you don’t die.

87 year old told supplies could not be sent until rental renewal received when she called for supplies. No advance notice of need received, equipment not checked for 5 years, calls not returned. Unacceptable

This company should not be allowed to be in business. We cannot get the oxygen that is needed for me. I am on 9 liters constant.Cannot get them to deliver the tanks.
