The staff here is knowledgeable and very friendly, making every visit a pleasure! I have been nothing short of impressed with Emily and Stephen's team. Great clothes, quality gear, and even better service. If you have a chance to take a Orvis fly fishing class, I would highly recommend it! Stephen is a wealth of knowledge and a ton of fun to learn from.

Came in on a whim not expecting much. Been wanting to get into fly fishing for some time. Staff was extremely welcoming and Cole was a great help even going as far as instructing me on how to cast. This team definitely knows their stuff and i will be returning soon.

Above and beyond all expectations! Stephen really listened to my boyfriend’s goals and needs, and he found great gear for what he’s trying to do! His method of explaining and showcasing items is courteous and informative, and he even took the time for my boyfriend to test his line and reel before buying, to show us some great spots and teach me how to fly fish! I had the opportunity to visit the Ft Worth Orvis store after contacting Orvis directly regarding repair of my fly rod. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Both the counter employee and the fishing manager were extremely helpful and agreed that there was a defect and stated Orvis would repair the rod for free. They were going to take care of the delivery of my rod back to Orvis for repair. They also replaced the rod sock to protect my rod. The customer service was exceptional and I appreciate Orvis standing behind their product. Highly recommend the Ft. Worth store!!

The FW-Orvis team here rock. From never fly fishing to getting out on the water every weekend, Brett & Stephen have been there for me on getting me into the right equipment on a beginners budget.
