I’ve been a regular at my local O’Reilly store, and it’s undeniably convenient. However, the customer service experience can be hit or miss. While some staff members are helpful, others seem less engaged. Despite this, the convenience factor keeps me coming back.

Went in bought some blinker lights got the wrong ones came back within 10 minutes and they wouldn’t refund/replace them cause I didn’t get a receipt. Nasty people just tryna take a girls money :/

Laziness abound at this store. Clerk had so many excuses as to why he couldn’t help me change a bulb. He said it would take an hour and then we would be lucky to get the light back in. I went down the street to Walmart, bought a smaller pair of pliers and this woman had the light, installed, working and the hood down in LESS than FIVE MINUTES! He just didn’t want to help. I will be sending my business to Auto Zone or ANYWHERE else but here next time!
