This is a great place. It does a lot to help women and families. They have great employment training for low income women. Everyone was very kind.

A wonderful place for women who have found themselves in a position and feel like they have no where to turn or anyone that cares. They will meet you with kindness and compassion, followed by a genuine willingness to understand your situation and provide options for you to better yourself and your situation. Extremely grateful and eager to start this journey with them.

The underground is horrible it’s all just for show, they literally turned me away when I needed them at almost midnight secondly I was waiting for the bus so I can leave and they rushed me out and said they gave me a bus plus so I needed to leave because I wasn’t staying the night the staff Ms, Norma is horrible and disgusting she has no sympathy and needs to be fired and Mr, Chris plays favorites it’s a girl who comes every night with black hair she kind of looks Mexican she comes everyday and they let her because they play favorites I bet if you go you will see her guaranteed.

Another lady and her kids and my 3month old son came from the overflow shelter this morning to get resources or help because its been drizzling & the man at the front desk was very rude and told us he was gonna call the police on us for trespassing. Presbyterian night shelter wouldve helped out more but idk how to get there & im on foot with a stroller

I am giving this place one star because they do not care . The counselor did not care , it seemed to me like she was just trying to be nosy into my life and not really there to help or give me any real counseling. The first lady I spoke to that does the evaluation to see if you qualify , was nice the first time I spoke to her when I was depressed and feeling so low but the second time when I came back , I felt happy and joyful because she had given me hope so when she asked me if I needed any resources , I began to give her a list of things like help getting a lawyer , childcare assistance and help finding a job so I can better myself . Well this time around I sounded more ambitious and began telling her my goals and I got to the vibe from her that she started to get annoyed by my ambition. It’s almost like it triggered some jealousy in her. I left feeling bummed and hopeless again. Idk why they ask if you need any resources but then they don’t deliver ……. This place did not help me at all except for that little bit of hope they gave me at the beginning.

The help that is given at one safe place ,you can't rate it it's beyond compare . These people know their business if you're ever in need women and children in domestic violence situations get there you will be helped.
