NTB saved our lake trip! Was heading to the lake and our jet ski trailer got a flat and it was nearly 4pm on a Saturday. I pulled into NTB and Chris Collins and his crew were determined to save our trip to the lake. They didn't have the trailer tire but their Roanoke location had the right sized tire. Chris Collins hopped into his car, got the tire, and saved the day! Thanks Chris Collins and the NTB crew at 377/N.Tarrant!

If I could leave no stars I would. The guy in the front told me it would be an hour maybe a little more for an alignment. I left came back in an hour and a half and the vehicle had not even moved. I asked what happen he said o we dropped the ball. There was two cars in the parking lot so not sure how they got confused. Will not go back to this location again. Update the manager called me the next day and apologized for what had happened had me bring my truck back in took care of the situation as fast as possible and everyone was very nice. They could not do the alignment because the wheel base was to big on the truck but they did knock out the balance. Great manager thank you for taking care of this issue

Went in to get tire inspected due to a consistent air leak. Only two employees were working in their 8 bays. After 40 minutes of waiting, car was pulled into the bay and the technician just sat in a chair next to the car. Another 40 minutes later I am called and told that the tire cannot be repaired due to low thread. It should not have taken 1.5 hours of waiting to be told there is nothing that they can do. Ideally the threads should have been checked when we initially got there, but the technician should have been able to figure it out soon after the car was pulled into the bay after 40 minutes, not 40 minutes later. Waste of time

Went in for an alignment and balance. My car is lowered and they said they’d try to see if it will fit on the alignment rack. They tried and succeeded. Car is balanced and aligned. Joe is the best!

I just wanna leave a review and explain how the manager of the store took care of me. I came in with a nail in my tire and explained my situation and the manager fixed my tire checked all of my tires and when I ask how much the fee was he said no charge. My wife and I own a business and we know how important it is to take care of customers and I highly recommend this business.
