This 5 star review is specifically for the guys working in there, great service and attitude working on cars and dealing with customers requests, I had the pleasure to meet Koit this morning (Sunday 6/23), checked around my car and pointed areas that needs repair, had the guys balance my tires and got me on the road again. Thank you so much for such a great service. I pray you and the buddies there are well compensated for the above and beyond service you do, giving a great reputation to the place and no hard work goes unnoticed.

Jarrod is knowledgeable and personable. His customer service is outstanding. He was thorough and patient in explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and what was needed to repair it.

The company came through when I had an emergency situation with my tire while out of town. They were patient and waited for me to arrive after being towed and then provided me with good service, and a quality. I appreciated their willingness to help, especially the employee Koit, who provided the quality service.

Dropped off work truck Friday afternoon to just get oil change and tires and had to call Sunday and ask about the status and was told nothing had been done because they didn’t take in the vehicle correctly and got lost. Than was told to pick it up Monday late morning when I have work in said work truck Monday morning. All that was done was an oil change at the end of the day. Terrible service and terrible handling of the terrible service by management.

This was the BEST experience of customer service at a Tire place. I had an issue and they listened patiently and solved the problem quickly. The staff is very professional and friendly. Jarod is very informative and down to earth. I was very expressed with his knowledge about cars and the quick review over all the elements checked for car maintenance. Also. I loved his sense of humor and cool demeanor under pressure. He’s was alway running and serving the customer without an attitude. I will definitely make this my go to place for my various car need!! Thanks guys ?

Took my daughters car there for one tire. They kept the car for three hours even though we had an appointment. They were not prepared. They had to go get the tire from a another NTB. When we got the car back the spare tire was upside down, and the jack and other parts were just thrown in the back seat. I had to flip the tire over screw it down and put everything back where it came from. Then we had to go back inside and request the lug nut lock back. The price was nice but the service could have been better over one tire.
