After sitting at another repair center for 3.5 weeks, my BMW was taken to Joe Hudson on 9/4/2024. Today is 11/13/2024 and Joe Hudson has not returned my repaired car. The original estimate I received from them was 10/1/2014. They have now taken my car back to the original repair center because they claim they don't know how to repair it, put an exhaust on it, or align it. They then say it will have to go to the dealer for additional work they cannot do. The reality is they accepted my car for repair and don't know how to work on it. And rather than telling me that so I could take it to Caliber Collision (who are great with luxury cars, if you're in the market) or even to Autobahn BMW dealer - they are continuing to sit on my car and not provide me with honest communication. My car was assigned to someone called Joe and then someone called Jordan and now back to Joe - and the only little progress I have seen is when I have raised absolute heck with whoever monitors their Facebook. Now they tell me they didn't order an exhaust hanger. My insurance company keeps calling me to find out what the issue is. I had planned to put off writing this review until I had my car back. But at this point I don't think I'm getting it back. I plan to circle back to Allstate to see what they recommend. I'm so worn out by this. It's been such a bad experience that I'm not even angry any more. I'm at a loss about what I am supposed to do. Don't use Joe Hudson. This has been awful.
Update: I was finally called to pick up my car on November 22, 2024. That's 2.5 months after it was taken to Joe Hudson NRH. When I got there I found black smudges all over the paint, the tailgate won't go down, and the interior that they said would be detailed and perfect is a dusty, dirty mess. But the best part is my house is less than 5 miles from the repair center and before I got home the car threw 2 warning codes related to the work Joe Hudson had done. I am taking it to Autobahn BMW dealer on Monday and paying out of pocket to get my car fixed. I am also doing everything I can to make sure Allstate doesn't pay Joe Hudson for not fixing my car. The staff I dealt with at Joe Hudson were rude and dishonest. The only professional interaction I had was with the Regional Manager Brian. One of their staff even sent me an ugly text message in response to my original review. And before anyone from Joe Hudson responds to this and says that I have a "warranty" - even Brian admitted that he wouldn't take his car back to Joe Hudson if he were me. Please learn from my mistake in using these people. 2.5 months and $28,000 and I still don't have a clean, repaired car.

Joe Cisneros is the best ! He was always with great communication and updating us with every single detail on my truck. He help us a lot with the communication with our insurance as well. They did a great job with our truck and everything was working really well good when they get it done.

Joe Hudson Collision is the preferred vendor for our insurance company. They have proven why this is so. Joe Hudson continued to keep us informed throughout the process. When they completed the repairs the car looked great! I have already recommended the good folks at Joe Hudson Collision to family and friends.

We had a great experience working with Joe and his staff from start to finish. To begin with, they offered an estimate in a timely manner, and the estimate was the best of four different shops (one shop couldn't even give us an estimate for three weeks). When we gave them the go-ahead, they agreed to finish the job in just a few days. They performed top-quality work, gave us periodic updates to keep us informed of their progress, and the car was finished on-time and for the amount originally quoted. In short, everyone at Joe Hudson's Collision Center is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and this shop in North Richland Hills should be at the top of everyone's list.

Update - (7/29/24) Visited with Joe to schedule for the repairs. The delay is on my end due to the amount of traveling I do for work. The guys here have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Whenever schedule frees up I'll be able to get the last bit of my issues resolved.
Update - Their team has reached out to me to resolve the issues. (6/11/24) I recieved the door stickers, they were able to clean some of the paint inside the cabin, they adjusted the door to prevent water leaking in from heavy rain. (Will update as we progress on the remaining items)
I started my repair process at the end of last year (2023). And have been trying to follow up with them for months now and I'm still waiting (May 2024) for some things. I'm being told that they are working on it. But there is no real set times or expectations. I continue to find things wrong/broken with the repairs they have done on the vehicle.
The staff have been friendly and nice. But there seems to be some employee turnover at this location. I've spoken to different people during my follow ups. This location appears have some growing pains since purchasing the business from the former shop.
Either way, it feels like they no longer care about you once they get their money. I can only speak for myself and my own experiences with them. Some people have had better luck which you can see on their other good reviews. I orignally came here because of the great reviews and I wanted to go somewhere local. It's been almost 6 months for me now, and I'm still waiting. I don't believe I will ever get my issues resolved, hence why I'm writing this review now. All I can say is I would suggest you read all the good and bad at any potential shop you are looking at and make the best choice for your situation.

They did an excellent job removing the scratches on my Buick. Loved the way they kept me updated on the process either by text or phone call. This is my second time using them and highly recommended this wonderful body shop
