I was there with my family i had really bad experience with the cashier people they treat us in really bad way . We buy more than 8 pairs of shoes over there after checkout they put my stuff in plastic trash bag After i saw that i request them to put my stuff in nike shopping bag but they denied my request and they said sorry we can't do that because you have bulk of stuff i told them i can't hang the plastic trash bag all over the outlet because i have to other store too but they-said we don't care. I spend almost 1100 over there. They don't know how to deal with customer . I asked them for 3 nike shopping bag but they ignore us just for 3 nike shopping bag why they do like that after we shopping something we need to get shopping bag that's our customer right . I am very disappointed with their attitude and ego even the manager and supervisor are also racial . I am planning to sue them .

Bad customer services .manger has no skill how to talk .rude and racist ,we are Latino but she behave like we are uneducated.

Manager is so rude.
I buy more than $300 shoe but she miss behave me.they are irritate with more item.
They are not happy with their pay or not happy with their job i don't know but disrespect us.
I am feeling very disrespect.

First and foremost, I’d like to address the ‘line situation’: If you’re an avid Nike factory store shopper, you’d already know the lines come with the territory……….. it’s the price you pay for the discounts, could it be better? sure, but it is what it is. So for all of y’all crying, just go to a Nike Collective store or some footlocker, but then you’d probably complain about price……..
Now down to customer service: I’ve been to plenty Nike factory stores and the customer service here sets the bar. Went to get a last minute pair of Jumbo Blazers for my daughter (absolutely loves blazers) but it was the weekend before school so it was absolutely bananas (I didn’t cry nor complain as I was totally aware of the circumstances). Unfortunately we left with 2 right shoes and my daughter was disappointed…… I called to explain the situation and Ms Whitney was amazingly apologetic and understanding. Offered multiple solutions that was reasonable. I opted to wait and see if the customer with the matching left sides would contact them. Sure enough, couple days later, I got the call. I went back to hand them over to a Ms Janette and she was totally aware of the situation, verified my info and said she’d send me a correct pair once the other customer came in with the lefts. Purchased a couple more items and was helped by another awesome individual (forgot the young Asian man’s name). Great communication, incredible execution, and overall an amazing experience.
Update: As expected, received the correct shoes in a timely manner. Thanks Team Nike!

Worst store ever, they make you do a huge line as if you are shopping, again, for a return! In every single store returns are either on a separate line or a special cashier just for returns. So inconsiderate of customer’s time. This is absurd!
