I don’t tend to ever leave reviews, much less with a company that simply provides insurance. Insurance frankly seems complicated and hard to keep track of on top of everything else life has to offer. So when I say that Kaitlyn is a gift, I mean it. She was kind, patient, and confidently explained everything to me in a way that addressed every concern I had whilst making me feel assured I was making the right choices for my family. Her knowledge on this stuff is very clear, I didn’t even know the options that existed before speaking with her and she couldn’t have made it easier. This company location absolutely deserves their rating based on my experience with her alone, and I will most definitely continue to call her for her expertise in the future.

I have dealt with several people within this State Farm agency and Joy is by far, my favorite. I had a myriad of issues and boat loads of frustration with the claims process after a HIT AND RUN I was involved in. Joy G. talked with me, listened, and was patient with me through the final stages of getting my claim to completion. If l needed forms emailed or extra documents she always did her best to get right on it and that isn't always easy to do when you're busy. Some people work hard to do a good job but their "go the extra mile" attitude may "sometimes" *unintentionally* go unnoticed. So, If you choose to do business with Nicole Dawson State Farm, ask for Joy and give her a try. Her customer service is proficient and top tier. Thank you Joy G. You deserve 5 Stars.

I started driving under my parents State Farm insurance at 15 as a learner. I am now 53 and have stayed with State Farm all these years. I have always had wonderful service but here has been above that! Joy is always a pleasure to speak with and gets things done quick! Thank you all for being the best State Farm has.

6 out of 5 Stars EASILY! Jesse was awesome! She was able to not only get me a better rate than my current insurance company, but got me better coverage for that better rate! I cannot tell you how fantastic and easy she made this process. She deserves a raise.

The absolute best insurance office to work with. Hands down! My husband has been with StateFarm for 37years and I have been with them for 15years. In that time we have worked with several different agents and offices. Not all were good experiences and not all were bad, but the staff at Nicole’s office is THE BEST! They make it a point to get ahead of our need and are always offering advise to make sure we have everything that we need. They are so easy to get in contact with and are always there! I have never had to wait more than a hour or so for them to respond to me. The fact that I can text the office makes my life so much easier too! Keep up the excellent work!
