Love this location! I’ve been to this store a handful of times and no matter which employee I work with, they’re always attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Specifically though, I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Joan who has helped me so much more than I ever expected from any retail employee. I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for her continued help!

I've never had a bad experience at this New Balance store and I've shopped there for years.
I went in looking for some shoes for being on my feet all day.
Logan greeted me right off when walking in. She went above and beyond helping me decide which shoes would be best for me. And then, at checkout, I decided I wanted inserts. She was very patient in helping choose that as well and putting them in the shoes for me to test out.
I highly recommend shopping at this location.

I always have a great experience with this store. I called Tax free weekend hoping to find a deal on my husband’s shoes and the woman who helped me was very kind and patient even though she was quite busy with people in store. She looked up his history and preferred shoe style, placed the order for his unique size and arranged to have them shipped to our home for free since we can never find his in store. She was kind, courteous, and professional.

I went to new balance prepared to buy some shoes. I’ve been in need of a new pair to help me on the days that I am walking and standing on my feet for long periods of time. I walked into the store and was immediately helped by Wade. We talked a little bit about what I wanted and he ultimately recommended we step on the foot analysis machine and right away he was able to point out and address the problems I was having with my feet as well as recommend the shoe style that would best accommodate my feet and my needs. Needless to say Wade did a phenomenal job with the overall costumer service, the experience I received at the store was amazing he was able to explain in detail the benefits of certain shoes and I walked out of the store with my purchase on as a very satisfied customer. The comfort this shoe (840s) gives me is amazing, I have amazing relief in my feet for I am always on my feet I can easily walk 5 miles in them, thanks Wade!!!

I purchased shoes at this location twice. My most recent purchase was in February. The sales associates at this location know nothing about how to help you select the correct shoe based on your needs, such as do you pronate, supinate, have high arches, etc. Every pair I have purchased has been worn only a few times then donated to Goodwill. DO NOT PURCHASE SHOES AT THIS LOCATION.

First time visit. The staff person was very Friendly, Helpful and Professional! The New Balance Store was clean and organized. My husband had purchased some insoles on this shopping visit!
