If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place is quick to get in you in a vehicle, even quicker to take your money. I purchased a car at the end of August, within 2 weeks the car broke down and was not drivable. The managements solution was to stick me in another vehicle, but with rolling over the previous loan of course anything decent was an additional $300-$400 to my already current $438 monthly payment. This suggestion to make my monthly payment now $700-$800 and for a vehicle of their choice, not my choice because of course anything I chose was out of the question for one reason or another. After stating firmly multiple times I do not want to go that route of purchasing another vehicle and having to take time away from my family and go to the office in person and stand there and demand a solution. 3 weeks later management finally agree to have the "service department" take a look at the vehicle. Kirk allowed a measly $1000 towards repairs (anyone who knows anything about car repairs and especially for a Cadillac knows a $1000 is quickly eaten up by very minuscule things, such as the initial $300 diagnostic fee) Here it is January 4th, 2022 still no running vehicle. I've paid now 4 months on a auto note for a non-working vehicle. The newest suggestion (since of course the dealership offers no solution or any other cost related solutions I should say) is to send the vehicle off to Cadillac dealership. I can only imagine the cost coming my way.Moral of the story- GO ELSEWHERE. There are legit tote-the-note, challenged credit dealerships etc with far better customer rapport, quality of care for customers and overall quality of vehicles. Take my loss as your gain of knowledge. The amount of run around this place gives out in one day is COMICAL. The stories I've witnessed while waiting around hours just to have an actual conversation with management, not to mention the staff and the outlandish use of substances blatantly in your face. But hey management has an excuse for all excuses.

Horrible experience, they ran my credit with different creditors . Didn’t even bother to call To update me with the status of my application I had to be the one calling . Would never recommend anyone coming to his dealership I ended up getting a brand new car at Kia and a better deal . I would suggest checking out other dealerships before coming to this one .

Let's start with WATSON AUTO GROUP is the name of this place a.k.a. Monthly auto sales a.k.a. Neal autoplex....I was a mechanic here for one week, and have been a mechanic for over 20 years.... I was fired because i complained about shop safety (many, many OSHA violations) and because I would not put black tape over service lights in the dash THAT'S ILLEGAL by the way. Before you buy ANYTHING from this place take it for a PRE- PURCHASE inspection. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from this lot, and don't wanna be ripped off...you can contact me for a pre purchase inspection facebook.com/TomsCompleteCarCare

Got multiple texts saying I was approved with 0 down before I filled out app.. spoke to rebecca and she just kept coming up with multiple excuses and never called back. Very unprofessional group of people ! Why would you send " approved with 0 down " if they haven't even run your credit ? SMH that should be the first warning sign of poor business ethics

HORRIBLE dealership!! They say 0 down but once they get you in there, they ask for a down payment. The owner is Kirk Watson, he is a UNFRIENDLY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, LYING GUY!! Their cars break down. I was test driving a vehicle and the car I was driving broke down and wouldn't start. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

I can't speak for the dealership, but can for the quality of salesmen they'll employ. Chad Jones is a salesman at Neal. I've worked with Chad personally at an independent business. We were all close friends. Money started coming up missing & the owner caught Chad stealing it. Once he was caught, he tried to lie his way out of it. When he couldn't lie his way out, he went on a campaign to spin the situation to make himself out to be the victim. Smearing the owner & myself. If Chad would do that to close friends, what would he do to a total stranger looking to buy a used car from him? If you're thinking of buying a car from Neal, I would recommend working with a different salesman.
