Went in here today to do a withdrawal and was highly disappointed at what I experienced. For some it's not a big deal but for me it is and I will explain what I experienced in hopes that they can train their employees to be more professional.
When I walked in here this morning around 9:19am, there were two ladies (one seated maybe Hispanic and the other one standing who was black) by the cashier desk where I ended up going up to make my transaction. They first start off laughing a little too loud and obvious but I ignored it thinking ok maybe it's a conversation they were having amongst themselves that have nothing to do with me. So I started talking to a male cashier who had a groom thing over his shoulder to identify he is getting married soon. I congratulated him on his upcoming wedding and continued on with my transaction. He was polite and professional with me and I appreciate him.
So while I was trying to do my transaction with the man the two ladies decided to be funny and start talking about oversized clothing or big clothes. They were mocking me indirectly by having a conversation pretending to be complimenting each other on clothing and then one lady (who is African American) walks away from the desk briefly and the other lady says to her, oh I like your pants... so she responded "ohh yea my pants were big but I got them taken in! ". I pretended to not hear them and continued waiting for my transaction to be over. It took a lot for me not to say anything. I am learning to ignore childish behaviors like this because people sometimes are not trained to respect other human beings!
They continued to have the conversation they were having which was irrelevant to work and as far as I am concerned unprofessional and did not need to be had loud enough for us customers to hear. I wondered to myself why did they decided to have this conversation with me there listening? Was it to mock me because I came in with an outfit that was a little big.
Well if that's the case ladies, Excuse me women, for your information people can dress how they want to dress. As long as I am not naked then there is no point to take time out of your busy day to mock me. I am pregnant and instead of walking around with clothes that hug my body and reveal my tummy I chose to wear larger clothes. Not everyone needs to know I'm preggo and that's my choice! But you all wouldn't know that by looking at me so you decided to make me the butt of your joke this morning..
All you saw was someone like me who looked like my clothes were too big. And used it for entertainment and mockery! This was inappropriate and not warranted at all. You need to do better and create a more comfortable and none hostile environment for your customers by not mocking them or making fun of what they have on! You both started off wrong by laughing loudly when I entered the building but I ignored you all.
This whole thing today made my experience in your bank very uncomfortable and I hope management or corporate sees these and trains you all on how to be professional.
I already suffer from ptsd and anxiety and being in public so for me to sum up the courage to come into the bank it was very important and I did not need to be mocked or make fun of for you all entertainment. Do better people women!.
Keep those unprofessional conversations to yourself and not make the customers listen to the foolery! Thank you!

The WORST BRANCH I have ever been too. I asked for statements that needed to be stamped by the bank. And Linda told me that they no longer stamp statements at the branch, that you would have to put in a request, it takes them 24-48hours at the back office and then they will mail it to you. Yet you encourage us to go paperless. Senseless. Mind you, I asked if members were notified about the change so that I could hold myself accountable for not paying attention but Laura said “no, members are not notified about internal changes and they rarely have people who need statements to be stamped”. (What a reason) Okay, this wasn’t notified to any member about this change. No Accountability on their part at all. No acknowledgement whatsoever!! If a bank changes their policy, you have to let the clients KNOW! I asked to speak to the manager but the condescending Rude assistant manager claimed that she was making an exception for me. An exception for something I DID NOT ASK FOR! What exception?! You did not do your due diligence to address what was going on. It’s just a freaking STAMP!!! It’s not worth banking with you. And definitely not this Branch. They did not give me what I needed (statements and a Stamp) and the rationale behind that makes ZERO sense. As for the condescending Rude assistant manager, being ill-mannered at your age is uncalled for. Horrible customer service. The one star is for the clean bathroom and the janitor who cleans it!

1 star for the ATM. You can’t make a deposit without it spitting out your cash back out. This ATM has been broken for way too long.

I LOVE this location and the staff. The Fort Worth location always are kind, friendly and have great energy every time I visited. They count your money to you not matter how big or small (I think it’s individual preference), go above and beyond to see if anything else is needed.
I visited the location in Arlington and the staff I encountered didn’t seem friendly. The Arlington staff off the highway should take notes. Idk if it’s because of the area and the clientele they serve which causes the teller staff to be off putting but I will continue to visit the Fort Wort- Watauga/Keller location by any means necessary.

Wanted a bank with real physical branches. They're pretty good at addressing long lines/waits when they happen, but it's usually not too busy. Quick friendly service. No drive through, there's a walk-up atm outside. Easy to get in and out of parking lot, there's a traffic light

This is the worst atm machine ever! Times where I’m making deposits and it constantly spits money back out. You try again, it accepts maybe half of it and spits the other half. It takes literally about 5 times to fully make your deposits if you have about 20 bills

Got to the bank at 528 and doors were already locked and at 5:29 an employee exited and said oh sorry. I needed to get a cashiers check and this is unacceptable

Terrible customer service. A representative had me patiently waiting for 45 minutes just to get a document signed and then when finally called was told I could not be assisted and a “special” department needed to complete the form. Remind you, the form that was needed to be completed has been done at the same branch location before. There is way too much inconsistency with the information that is given between employees & consumers that are investing their time & money into this bank.I will be moving my money elsewhere.

UPDATE: I love the Dividend/Interest Rates on the checking accounts at 0.45% compared to 0.01% at banks and their CD specials at 3.00% vrs. 0.10%I recently joined the Navy Federal Credit Union through my Father and Brother both being (retired/active) Air Force Veterans. I can already see a difference at Navy FCU compared to a regular civilian bank. Being a Credit Union member makes you feel you're more vested in the business and not just a customer. They have a huge selection of Checking, Savings, Money Market, IRAs and CD accounts.Interest rates can vary weekly and fluctuate with the economy. In comparison, my banks interest rate don't even come close to the rates at Navy FCU. There are the normal fees like a bank, but many can be avoided by choosing the right account type from the options available that is best for you.The bank representatives are knowledgeable and friendly and can easily answer all your questions. There were ample associates and there was little or no waiting for assistance. I like the fact the representative said it's not their goal to charge members a bunch of fees.I plan to close my account at my old bank I've had forever because they started charging $2 for a check register when you re-order checks when they have always been free. They are trying to lose customers, uh... I mean charge fees whenever possible. The lobby was clean and spacious. They are Covid-19 compliant so wear your mask and social distance yourself. I'll just say that it doesn't matter what my belief or choice is in wearing a mask, but if I choose to go into any business that requires one then I am making a choice to follow their policy or I can choose to go somewhere else. It's not about whether I had Covid-19 yet (or not), whether I am vaccinated (or not) or whether i think it's a conspiracy (or not). All that would be my issues and not the teller who is just trying to safely be at work to help me with my needs.Who really wants to wear a mask? I do it to protect myself, you and other people. I try to think that another person could have a lower immune system which could be bad for them or could be in the incubation period of having Covid-19 which could be bad for me. It's just not worth it. Just don't be one of "those" people. They print debit cards on site so instead of using a temporary or waiting for a card, you get the actual card. They also can print 20 checks to get you started with your name on it (w/o your address or phone) for free. Navy FCU also has checkbook covers and registers if you need one. They have online banking and bill pay and all the things that banks offer. After 30 days of membership, you can qualify to use digital deposits. There are only two negatives and neither is a deal breaker for me. The first is there is no drive thru but they do have a walk up ATM and an ATM network to use at other locations. The other negative is the limited location, but with online banking that is not that big of a deal. The benefits far out way the negatives.
