The National Tax Centers Team is amazing. Mr. Jones has surrounded himself with a nationwide group of professionals that work in sync to provide a best-in-class experience for their clients. This is our second year with them; and even a pandemic could not prevent a timely tax prep! Our business taxes, which I had dropped off pre-virus, were prepared and just waiting the personal side to be finished. Those were done real time with us on the phone. By the end of the call, we knew our results and the forms were sent electronically for our signatures. This group was already prepped for today’s “distancing” environment. Give them a try. You will be happy, too.

I have been a customer with National Tax Center of South Fort Worth for more than 10 years. My personal experiences have kept me coming back each year. Since coming to National Tax Center of of South Fort Worth, I felt that I had found the right Tax Center to file my future tax returns. Everyone there has great people skills. Because filing your taxes can sometimes be very stressful. But the people at National Tax Center makes filing your taxes easy.

Today was my 3rd year with NTC. This year Barnell assisted in my tax preparations and not only was he knowledgeable but he was also easy to speak freely with about whatever past Tax issues you may have. Also Te Earl and other people in the office was friendly and made sure you're comfortably while waiting to be seen. I also want to mention that Barnell even took time to look into my 2015 tax return with the IRS in why I was being audited from that year and let me know same day what we need to do to move forward. So if you're looking for a Tax agency this year and had pervious bad experiences come here. This is place that will take their time and help you because they genuine care about people.
