Nathan and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help Greg and I close on our new home. I work in the industry so I was prepared for a few hurdles. Little did we know just how many hurdles we would encounter and at every road block Nathan just kept pushing. He would talk though options and solutions. He called HOA board members and helped us come up with creative solutions to get us to the closing table. He saw how discourage we would get at times when we didn't think we would be able to make it to closing and he always would say he had this. That he did! Nathan and his team made the dream of living in our dream neighborhood a reality and we will forever be grateful for his hard work and creativity. I would 10/10 recommend Nathan to anyone looking to get financing for their next home.

Nathan McDaniel is the most incredible mortgage lender that I have ever used and speaking toOthers and listening to all the hassles they had to go through, I would say he is the best, period. In this day and age with all this competitiveness on trying to bid on a house and then close so I do t lose the purchase, you have to be quick and efficient and Nathan McDaniel met all expectations and commitments. I will never use anybody else from here on out.

Nathan and his team are the best mortgage team I've worked with. They were with us for every step of a very long search, patiently answering questions and serving as the definition of customer service. I cannot recommend Nathan and Cherry Creek Mortgage highly enough.
