Went here to get prescription sunglasses before my trip to Europe. They took over 3 weeks to get the glasses in. When I go to pick them up they are completely the wrong pair. I would never pick the style of glasses these were. Their only offer was to let me keep the wrong pair as a loaner pair (I won't even wear them, they are that bad) I guess I won't have sunglasses for my trip now! Ridiculous!

Beware! I went in today and ended up getting scammed. When I scheduled over the phone I was told it would be $143 but since my insurance covered it I wouldn’t pay anything. I was told to take off my contacts and we went in for the exam. Keep in mind that is all I asked for. The lady told me to sign some papers and the dr would be right in (mind you I didn’t have my contacts on so I couldn’t see). I ended up getting charged $44 for some pictures they took that apparently are an option. I was never told they were an option they just told me to sign and pay. When I called to figure out why I was charged the lady explained to me that they have two options, the picture method or the dialation. I asked why they didn’t offer me the dialation which was covered by the insurance and she said it was for the “patients convenience since it has effects for longer hours”. I was never told I had the option to opt out of the pictures and do the dialation. They just did it and charged me for it when all I wanted was an eye exam, nothing more. The pictures are looking for glaucoma that appear on older people and I’m in my mid twenties why would I need that service anyway? When asking for a refund they said they didn’t think they could give me one since they did the service (the dr going in the room and evaluating the pictures). The dr had to go into the room anyways to finish off the exam so thats a dumb thing to charge people for. Unless I asked for it. I would’ve been okay with it if they offered and I accepted it but I was never given the choice. Now I’m waiting to hear back from the manager that is supposed to give me a call next Tuesday.
Update: they called back Wednesday and won’t give me a refund. Based on the reviews I’m not the only one this has happened to.Will not come back or recommend to others.

Myeyedr , took me in same day staff nice and knowledgeable. Been using them for years out by Rockwell lake the service has been the same every time. Crystal Rios was great to work with

I had a great experience at My Eye Dr. Dr Hoang was kind and informative. He was patient when I asked my questions and was knowledgeable about Type One Diabetes and how it relates to my eyes. Picking out glasses and understanding pricing was easy and comfortable.
