Absolutely professional all the way around. All the mechanics are strategically engineered to work specifically for your issues on your transmission. They charge a professional price, but you get treated and updated by knowledgable staff and professional service and work comes out the door without a doubt. As far as getting the transmission worked on, this is the place to come to get it right the first time. This is the second vehicle I have taken to have my transmission rebuilt. Each time it was done on time at a fare price. They even towed my truck to their shop at no cost to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have a transmission fixed. Great friendly service.

Had problems with bad mechanics working on my car. Had transmission problems Took it to them as I know from other peoples experience if you take it to them it’s done right and they stand behind their work. Good experience my car is always running good now.

Traveling through Fort Worth my transmission started going into neutral..Googled transmission shops near me..multistate on Hemphill St popped up with very high reviews..so glad it did. They took my truck in diagnosed it the very next day and they called me and explained my options.. very professional the whole way through...I went with a transmission rebuild..had it finished that same week and with a 1000 miles on it just one week later very satisfied, highly recommend.

They were referred to me by my usual mechanic to fix my transmission and they did just that, as quick as they could within my warranty. My car runs smoother than I've felt it run in a long time. The annoying whining noise is gone. They provide a warranty on their work but I hope to never have to use it. Picture included of my Nissan Rogue Select that they worked on.
