RC came to the house to check the flooring and heard water running. He pulled out the refrigerator and found the water line leaking on the floor. He sat there for 30 minutes until someone came to help turn water off and we got it fixed. He also went out of his way to make sure everything was just like we liked it. They were there anytime we needed them. I will recommend them and use them again.

EDIT: Thank you for the response. Mr. G was sub-contracted by my contractor which is why they do not have my name on an order. This work was completed in April 2021. When I expressed my concerns about the flooring to the contractor all they said was "they are professional". I assume they shared my concerns with their sub-contractor. I waited to write the review hoping I could accept the job done, but every time I feel the LVP bend it reminds me of the problems.Since they didn’t level the concrete floor when you walk on the LVP you can feel it bend in spots. Hopefully it will not snap as it ages. They added quarter round to existing baseboard and it is pretty rough. All the ends are blunt cut and not sanded. Had my contractor come in behind Mr G to correct it. I thought the white spots were scratched planks but it was packing material they didn’t bother to remove. Use this company at your own risk.

Mr G's installed the flooring in an Ashlyn home that we purchased 3 years ago. I noticed a wrinkle in the master bedroom carpeting shortly after moving in but thought it would smooth out...instead the wrinkles got worse and over more areas. I called Mr G's, explained the problem and they were out here the next day! Did a great job of stretching and removing the excess carpeting that was causing the problem. I would definitely recommend their business!

Mr G's Floor has a large selection of flooring. Tile, including wood imitations, and carpet. A clean store, nice show room and friendly customer service. I have had floors installed by Mr. G'S. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this business!

They have no clue on customer service when talking on the phone. The lady said her name nor the guy that answer the after. The guy just pretty asked what I needed with no friendly tone at all. Plus, I was getting a quote for a room and it said on the high end of prices.

Ken was great! He lined up the installation and they did a fantastic job!Great quality carpet and a lot of experience from this team. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place nice. Thanks for doing a good job and answering all my questions throughout the process.

Great Customer Service and good prices. They will help you select flooring and will even order it for you if they don't have it. Rob is especially knowledgeable. If there are any issues, they will work with you until you are satisfied. They will even redo the flooring in you RV. I highly recommend them.
