We were shocked by this dealer! Being located in Fort Worth and surrounded by so many other awful dealerships, it was a huge difference! To start with, they actually have cars on the lot. Next you get out of your car and no one rushes you! Everything they do is so pleasant and upfront! Jeff Griffin specifically is absolutely amazing!! We were just there to help my sister pick a new car because everywhere else she has gone tried to rip her off. She told Jeff what she wanted and he took 10 mins and had only 3 vehicles picked to show her.. I was skeptical at first thinking either he was going to show her junk or something out of her price range. However each vehicle was something she wanted. She found a vehicle with every single feature she wanted even the ones she thought were not realistic.Jeff then sat with us while we waiting on financing and was just so personable! Very engaging and made a real connection! The finance team checked in with us repeatedly to update on all their progress, on deals they had already received and why they were still looking for a better one. Well we finally got to signing and they were a LITTLE pushy there about adding unnecessary warranties but it wasn’t as bad as some places that make it seem like you HAVE to buy after market packages. Once we signed and we’re going to grab the keys the most shocking part happened. The finance manager came RUNNING to catch us! He had gotten us a last minute better deal and we just had to sign a few amendments. They could have just ignored it and wiped their hands of us, deal complete. But they made sure to go above and beyond at every point!I have done a lot of car shopping in my life. To the point that I know sales team by name at many dealerships. But never in my life have we had such a wonderful experience! Moritz Kia is just different! It’s obvious that they have a more strict screening policy for hiring. It’s obvious they listen to what people hate about the car but process. They have people who actually care about the people not just the sale!

Jeff and Zach did a great job working out the car deal and Marla worked extremely hard to get us the best financing. They were friendly and explained every step. We truly appreciate all they did to make our purchase a great experience!

I am very pleased with the service @ Moritz Kia! I currently have 3 cars ( me, wife & daughter) I bought from from the dealership. Clint Fowler is our go to guy in the service dept. He is very competent, professional and friendly! He was once a mechanic and can diagnose ( most times) the car before it even goes into shop. He never tries to sell us but just recommends service to keep our cars running sound. Thanks Clint and the great staff in the service department! 5 Stars!!

RUN FAR AWAY. If I could give zero stars I would. This place will take your money then completely disregard its obligations to you and they don't care at all about customer service. I ordered a car in February and when it arrived in August I was rushed in to sign and pay for it. I did that on a Monday and was told the car would be ready by the end of the week. It wasn't and the dealer basically stopped communicating. Finally after my husband and I both called and emailed multiple times we finally got the car after being told there was a problem with it they had to fix. The dealer agreed to handle registering the car but we are now almost 2 months out from purchase with no registration and again a complete lack of communication despite multiple attempts to call and email for an update. I would never ever use this dealership again.

My experience buying a car was phenomenal , but afterwards it's been horrible. Nobody answers the phones. I have a big issue going on with my car and have been calling since yesterday to get someone from service to reach out to me. I have left a voicemail and no response. I figured I'd call early this morning to see if I could get a hold of someone and nothing. I have been calling non-stop and have gotten nowhere. Something needs to be done about their phone system. Not a lot of us can stop what we are doing to drive up there.

The only reason I am here is to see how long I am ignored sitting in my car waiting to talk to someone.. nobody answers the phones home in service or parts ...every hour on the hour I have called . I said forget it and drove up here .. took 15 minutes by the way .don't come here ... and when you get them on the phone, everyone's got a freaking attitude from the GM George all the way down to the peons it see your car..Update ... after the posting of my concern I get a reach out and tell us more details about your experience from idk who .. I can clearly see that this location BLOWS CHUNKS... I don't need a take more time out of your life to call so I can say blah blah blah but that doesn't change anything.. apparently the people suck here and they are all just trying to cover their own ASSES .. calling isn't gonna do Jack crap .. y'all need a company come to Jesus meeting to weed out everyone who doesn't have proper business ethics.. do better , be better and stop BULLSHITING CUSTOMERS..Update .. asking me to call us yet one more slap in my face from Mortiz . You have info . CAll me ..

I had the BEST experience with Moritz Kia-Stephanie was so helpful and knowledgeable. As well as the entire team! Marla was the finance lady and helped explain everything as it was my first time leasing so I had lots of questions! Mario was the sales manager and was so nice and helpful! I’m thankful to have had such a pleasant experience, sometimes being a woman and walking into a dealership alone can be a little intimidating. I’d do the whole process over again if I could!?

I went in cause they were going to install a anti software in my car. I asked about my car that I want to keep it. I was on a lease to own car. I said I wanted to keep this car, and the sales person Jeff was really helpful and walked me through the whole thing. The fiance manager was very nice and helpful to. I recommend Moritz Kia on west freeway and cherry lane.

Our salesman Andrew was great. He was knowledgeable about our car. When we were told we wouldn't be able to take the car home that day,he went above and beyond to keep us updated on the progress and was able to get it to is us within a day. The financing was easy and this was the best experience we have ever had.

Impeccable customer service!! Our salesman, Carlos, was phenomenal! He was kind, knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, and kept incredible communication with us throughout the whole buying process. Even while showing cars in 110 degree weather, Carlos always had a smile on his face. We are so thankful that Carlos was the one who approached us when we opened the doors to Moritz Kia of Fort Worth! He made the experience easy and pleasurable, and we LOVE our new Kia!

Carlos was very friendly and easy-going, very patient as I went through multiple cars. Buying process was easy. Moritz has a warranty on their vehicles after warranty expires that is very nice. They have more cars than many dealers I looked at and their prices are very competitive.

Either they are not honest or honestly ignorant! I went to another dealership! Originally I found a Kia Sorento online and called dealership to inquire about the availability. Initially I was told they had 2 in stock. When I inquired about giving a deposit because it would be in the afternoon before I could be there I was told by "Javier" that they do not take deposits and would not sell to me if I lived more than 150 miles away. Then I was told, in the same conversation, they would sell it to me if I was to drive down there in person. It was close to closing time so we ended the call. The next morning I received a call from Stephanie B. who informed me that it was available and she had put my name on it. When I asked if I needed to put a deposit to hold it ($1,000), as I did not want to drive 3.5 hours only to find out it had sold, I was told she would find out from a manager & call me back. 2 hours later she called to say they would not sell it to me due to my location, but this time she stated it was a KIA corporate rule. I asked who told her this and she stated it was the manager "Mario". I called KIA customer support to find this was also a lie. I called back to speak to Mario and was called back by another manager with a new story & he stated this time was facts. NO TRUST
