I had my car serviced and I asked them to check out something minor. It was an easy fix. They comped the repair. I’ve been scheduling my service through Christian for more than two years. He’s very organized and a pleasure to deal with.
Due to extenuating circumstances, I had to purchase a new Sorento during Covid when inventory was limited. Moritz was honest throughout the entire process. I have been doing business with them ever since.
I drive from Irving to the west side of Fort Worth to do business with Moritz. I have never been disappointed.

Cannot get ahold of anyone to schedule a recall appointment. I’ve called 3 separate times and the phone has rung for a total of 30 minutes and nobody ever answers. I’ve almost submitted an appointment request online and no one ever got back to me.
