Each and every single time I pull up into the service drive at Moritz Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep , I receive a fast and friendly response .Jerry , the technician at Moritz ; consistently does a stellar job , with a most professional attitude that keeps me coming back .I have a Dodge dealership right down the street from my house.I drive across town gladly , because my car buying experience didn’t END at the sale , but was the beginning of a great business transaction for years to come !I JUST went back to Moritz on Saturday and traded my Dodge Challenger in for another 2023“ Last Call “ Edition !Mohammed in sales , led me through the BEST new car purchase experience of my life !I will recommend ALL family and friends to see him when arriving for an appointment to purchase a newDodge , Ram truck , or Jeep .In addition - Mr. Hugo Arevalo assisted in a “ no nonsense “ fair trade for my 2013 Dodge , as Nate in finance helped close the deal !Stellar performance by all .

The buying experience was great we were hoping for the same from the service center but that has not been the case. Here is what happened, I've pasted below what I sent back as my response to their service satisfaction survey on September 1st, Moritz never responded to the below.I scheduled my service about a week ago for an oil change, tire rotation and to have the transmission checked out. Per the advice from our Sales person I scheduled this on a week day, meaning I took a day off work. I set the appointment in the early morning so there would be enough time to complete everything. I received no email or text/call confirming my appointment. When I arrived today I was informed that the transmission could not be looked at until maybe next Wednesday. It is frustrating to have transmission concerns at 6,000 miles, and even more frustrating that I was not informed of this until I arrived. If I had known this I would not had taken the whole day off work. There was no attempt after my service was done to set an appointment for my transmission service. We just bought two new Jeeps from Moritz and this is the first impression of the service department. I am traveling the next several weeks and have to wonder whats wrong with the transmission when I'm hundreds of miles away from home.I'm back in town now and was told that transmissions can usually be seen the next day. So I called to setup an appointment for this week, but cannot be seen until October 30, due to the transmission guy being on vacation. That's just the appointment to drop it off, they don't know when it can be seen.Long story short we bought two new Jeeps at the same time from Moritz and have come to regret purchasing from this dealership.

Great place to buy a hotshot truck. Staff takes care of you, and goes above and beyond to get you set up with what you need. This is my 2nd truck I’ve purchased and have to shout out Jimmie for making it an easy experience.

I had the best experience. I inquired about a Jeep Wrangler online late Wednesday night. Thursday morning Edgar Orta reached out and was beyond fantastic. He was completely down to earth - you know when you can tell someone’s being completely authentically genuine and is a legit nice person, that’s Edgar.I told him about how the night before I was buying for a dealer up the road and had the worst experience imaginable and walked. I literally inquired about the Jeep at Moritz while at the other dealer. *face palm*So when I explain I had the best experience, it’s because hours prior I had the worst. So Edgar sent me everything I asked for and was swift, he even took extra steps to help me out without me asking. He offered a ride if needed and helped me locate some places near the dealer I mentioned wanting to stop at. I had the full car specs and pricing options in seconds with no pushy sales tactics. Just genuine help and quality service.So I go in Friday morning and off the bat greeted by another standup dude! We’re joking and having a good time as I head to Edgar. We take my Jeep for a lap and have the best time, felt like I was hanging out with one of my closest friends. Just fabulous. So we come back, boom, boom, boom, get my Jeep. - oh and yeah the exact website Jeep, no bait and switch game. They also had her freshly detailed and just glowingly ready for me. Filled my tank before and after the test drive. Legit great guys here.Edgar hooks me up with a finance guy, Bubba who gets me a stellar deal on a warranty. Mind you, the worst part of my experience at the competition was the pushy, arrogant, aggressive warranty guy. Bubba was solid. He explained each option in detail, was patient with my questions and thought process. He never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable and while a jobs a job, he seemed to actually care that I choose the right protections for my lifestyle. He asked about my current habits and commutes and took the time to crunch numbers and help me make choices. If I truly didn’t want a warranty he would have let me make the choice I felt right about. Again, no pushy sales nonsense. I’ve done this plenty of times and I gotta say, Bubba does it right.So I sign and head back to drive away to find my guys wiping her down AGAIN and I just can’t stress enough how seamlessly perfect this was start to finish. The respect and courtesy shown by Edgar, Bubba, and everyone encountered are top notch and the absolute best. I firmly recommend Moritz as a whole and would bet money you drive out feeling fantastic.

Jimmie Hall is awesome! He got us into our new family vehicle to welcome our babygirl! This is our first Jeep purchase & him having us test drive through different types of streets definitely helped in making the decision easier. He also made the process easy as we were first time car buyers! Excellent customer service and 10/10 would recommend. Don't forget to ask for Jimmie!

A very fast and fair deal. I had a high-quality trade-in for a new 2024 Wrangler S, and I just wanted to trade that and pay cash for the rest. Moritz is the first dealership that did not try to force me into financing that I did not need or want, based on my specific situation of never carrying any debt intentionally.Carlos was the Salesman, and he was honest and direct. The warranty guy accepted my decision quickly and did not try to BS me as I knew exactly what I wanted. A much better experience than most dealerships that almost always try every trick in the book. Highly recommended.As for the Sarge Green 4D Wrangler, this will be my 3rd Wrangler, and they have knocked it out of the park with the updates for 2024. Glad Ford came out with the Bronco to make Jeep up their game, as Jeep is a far more capable off-roader than a Bronco, and now more capable on the road than past Jeeps.

Answered all my questions and finished the job on my truck early. The waiting room is nice and clean and so are the restrooms. Attention to details.I give Nick your service rep 5 stars, he called during Memorial weekend to give me an update and options on when I could pick up my tire. But also when I arrived expedited and completed the job. Your service bay provides attention to detail which excellence is purposeful and not by happen chance. Great experience from order to delivery on both our new Charger and Challenger! Sales Associate Edgar Orta helped us through the order process, then kept us up to date as the cars were being built and shipped. He had them ready for us to pick up the day after arrival at the dealership. Great folks to deal with!

Gary in service has been wonderful to work with. Being fromOut of state and having the transmission completely fail and a bad engine cylinder acting up. We left the van in TX with Moritz. Thankfully we were told cylinder and failed transmission are covered under our warranty. Mom, me the matriarch, had to figure out how to get us all home. My grand-baby twins, my daughter, and myself back to TN and SC. So Moritz got me into a great preowned Subaru which seats 7. I bought it figuring I could always resell it. Problem is, I love it! Fits us all great when we all want to go out as a family. That will be soon as my daughter in TX is moving to TN and we are moving to TN. So we can all be close by. So the 7 passenger Subaru will get a workout on family adventures.Gary, the Service Manager, in the meantime kept us informed every step of the way. I never had to call and ask what was going on with the van because he was always filling us in on the progress.My daughter, Sarah, who lives in TX picked it up today, Saturday, and my other daughter, Mollie, is flying in today to drive it back to TN. If I lived in Texas, I would 100% buy from Moritz.Thank you to Gary and his team of mechanics for getting my daughters van safely back on the road.Also thank you for getting us into a safe car to get to our respective homes.I must say, I was so impressed with the entire experience!Moritz took a really bad day for us and helped us get back on the road to finish our vacation.Attached it a picture of the grandkids at the drive thru safari, the Subaru had us able to finish our visit to TX.

My 2017 Grand Cherokee had its oil changed at Take Five oil change on Hulen in Fort Worth. They put the oil filter on improperly and most of the oil leaked out in my garage. I had the Jeep towed to Moritz, where Nick the service writer, had it out on the rack, diagnosed and repaired the problem in minutes. Two lessons learned:1. Never ever use Take 5 oil change.2. Trust your dealer for honest, efficient service. PS. Moritz even provided a tow truck to the shop. Thank you Nick and Moritz Jeep!
