Frank Perry answered my first phone call within the first ring. He was exceptional on the phone. He described the vehicle I called about perfectly. When I arrived that vehicle was front and center and ready to demo. We ended up buying another vehicle he had that he showed after LISTENING to our wants. The sale was perfectly done courteously. This was through and through a wonderful transaction and we absolutely recommend Frank and Moritz!

Great dealership experience. Our sales associate, Heartbeat, was super helpful. He was pleasant, took the time to help us understand our electric vehicle and he was very knowledgeable (and we asked a lot of questions - we’re new EV owners). Everyone was super helpful and pleasant at the dealership.

I work in Real estate. As an Agent/Broker….between listing appointments and helping my buyers with home tours, I need to count on a reliable vehicle. I drive a 2021 Chevy Suburban z71.. and after the hard rains; it got water in the gas tank. A local Texaco gas station had a seal leak in the underground tank, and I gassed up that night. My truck sputtered out and was dead. They had a tow truck to me within 40 minutes, and I got my truck back repaired in less than 5 days. James was great. Highly recommend.

Court was super responsive through the whole ordering process, up to day of delivery! Nate made the financing a breeze and will definitely be coming back to this team and recommending them to anybody in the market for a new Chevy!

Friendly reminder, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Still never heard back from any representative at all. I was told they would look into the surveillance footage yet not even a denial. "Patches"or who ever contact number ( supposedly) the service director never answered my voicemail. DO NOT GO TO MORITZ AT ALL !

Very positive experience purchasing a car this weekend. David was super helpful, so was mr.Reed with finance. We made it out within a few hours. No pressure to buy warranty packages and no hidden “service package” or “market adjustment” fees like Hiley or Shottenkirk tried to push on me when I shopped there first.

It’s been a long while since I’ve bought a used vehicle and I was expecting to have to have my customer defenses up on level 10/10. But, the sales person I worked with, Jeremy Raymond, was a professional and was upfront with me about all items. He went to bat and got me a fair deal on my trade in and made extra efforts after the sale to ensure my satisfaction. There was a snafu on the second key, but they worked quickly to resolve the issue and I left as a happy customer. 5 Gold Stars from me and I’ll be perusing their inventory when starting my next vehicle purchase.

Not big on posting reviews, but this was the easiest lease buy-out process ever so I have to brag on the team at Moritz. Dave and Jeremy are proficient, professional and beyond kind. I was in and out within 45 minutes (longer only because they washed my car for me!) it was the best experience and they will absolutely have my future business. Thank you all for making life a little easier with the car buying process.

Called to get a quote on a service so I could bring my car in to get fixed and the operator left me on hold for a pretty long amount of time (which was whatever because I am sure they were busy and didn't mind), then when she picked up again, she transferred me to the service department, where no one answered and I left a message after sitting on the line for about 15 minutes... that was about a week ago. I never got a call back. Guess they didn't have the desire to help me get my car fixed

The Body Shop and Service Department are terrible. I would not recommend them for any repairs. At one time, they were wonderful, but have changed over the past 6 or so years. They do not take pride in their work and lack integrity from my experiences. Not very trustworthy.. I have tried giving them the benefit of doubt by using them several times, then having to take my vehicle elsewhere to get structural and mechanical issues resolved. One steering issue that was made worse by a front end alignment they preformed...Two separate other instances where internal damage was overlooked at the Body shop. The Service Department customer service skills are non existent as well. The attitudes are not acceptable behaviors. I truly to do not like to leave bad reviews. My past experiences have been awful with Moritz. I hope changes will be implemented soon.

It’s a pleasure buying a Moritz Chevrolet car, dealing with Moritz people and enjoying first class Moritz service after the purchase. I bought a new Corvette last year but they also service my ‘64!
