WARNING ⚠️I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they should've been open. You can't call, because their number is not posted.I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now I'm a little scared. I hope I'm not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didn't screw it up.UPDATE:It's 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mother's bracelet. I'm IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mother's bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business.Please read the other reviews and take heed. I'm not the only one who has had a horrific experience with these people.

I definitely do not recommend this place they take forever to engrave bracelet’s. I had gave them 2 bracelets in August to engrave the names on it and they messed it up. It’s now September and every time me and my family go to try to pick up our bracelets they’re always closed. Seems like they only open when they want to be open. The store hours are definitely wrong and overall customer service is bad. Also the phone number for this place is not even connected. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL PLEASE!!!

If I could, I would give it 0 stars, very bad service, very irresponsible. I do not recommend it at all, do not waste your time in going to this jewelry store.DO NOT GO HERE, They will waste your time! Kept pushing my date to pick up my bracelet took 3 weeks.

Took a baby's bracelet to be engraved wrote the name and DOB down and he messed up both. But he did correct it and you couldn't tell he had messed up. But just couldn't understand how he could mess it up when i wrote it clearly for him.

Morales Jewelry was very rude and in my opinion DISCRIMINATING towards me and my husband. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior to say the least. My husband asked to see a piece and the guy behind the counter said “no” and what we were looking for was “over there around the corner “ Then basically dismissed us with his 10 kt gold!Smh...
