Mollie made all my first home buyer dreams come true! Mollie takes all of your wants and needs into consideration and will look at homes for you and negotiate for you endlessly and until you feel comfortable with your decision. She never pressured me into closing or signing anything that I wasn't truly happy with. Thank you Mollie for all of your patience and showing me what felt like 100+ homes in addition to driving all over town. She is the sweetest soul and most personable individual on the market. Mollie is an absolutely incredible real estate agent. She is so genuine, has such a good heart, and is super easy to get along with. We had to ask her a couple questions along the way and she always seemed to give us advise as if we were family, not because it was what we wanted to hear. We were looking for our house during the quarantine shut down and reached out to Mollie while we were in town. She managed to set aside some time to not only do some research and find what we were looking for, but also was willing to go out and show us some houses amidst the shut down. She has a really efficient and effective system it seems to help her clients and was more than willing to do everything possible to help make the process as easy as possible for us. She is very prompt with communicating back and forth, always provided updates even without asking, and managed the entire process with ease. I am very pleased we were given the change to work with her, and will certainly work with her for any and all future homes we buy. I would recommend her to anyone in the DFW metroplex as she is now our go-to real estate agent. Thank you so much Mollie! We couldn't have done it without you.

My husband and I were in pure newlywed bliss after our wedding this past October. We decided to take the next step after our wedding and look for our first home. We had some conflicting factors to consider; my husband’s practice is in Fort Worth and a lot of our family/friends live in Dallas. In addition, Zack and I are very analytical and detail-oriented (Doctor and MBA). We wanted to make this process magical and special as it was right after the wedding. We also knew we needed a dedicated real estate agent that would match and appreciate our detail-oriented, analytical mindset. After careful consideration, we decided to partner with Mollie Mason as we believed she was the best realtor for us. Turns out, we couldn’t have done it without her. She was a life saver! Mollie is genuine in her intent to bless her clients with their perfect home. She helped Zack and I navigate the different possible areas to look. There are a lot of factors that are important to consider when making such a big investment; Mollie’s expertise was critical in helping us when it came to understanding school ratings, resell value and local comps for similar home values. During the negotiation process, she was also spot on when offering her insight on how to show the seller that we were serious but also offer a reasonable price. Lastly, during our closing, we experienced some turbulence working with a big bank. Mollie handled the situation professionally and her efforts were critical to us getting past the finish line. Zack and I were just so thankful we went through this process with Mollie. She genuinely wants the best for her clients. Her expertise, strong communication skills and detail-oriented mindset put Zack and I at ease during the process. As a result, Zack and I have the home of our dreams and we couldn’t be happier.
