“Daniel and Jay were amazing and had my phone handled and repaired in under 30 mins! I called and told them that I cracked my phone and I asked if they had the part to repair it that day and they said they could get the part the next day and totally got the part and fixed my Samsung galaxy S20+ 5g for under $175 (Every other place wanted 280 to 350 and couldnt get the part till 3days or a week depending on what i wanted to pay)and gave me a screen protector for my new glass that they installed!!!! They are A++ service in my opinion and will be getting my business anytime I need to get a repair or new phone because they have amazing plans on brand new phone that even phone providers couldn't touch or think of ! So if you want my advice PLEASE PLEASE GIVE THEM A CHANCE,THEY ARE TOTALLY WORTH IT AND WAY MORE AFFORDABLE OVER CPR OR ANY OTHER PHONE REPAIR HERE IN TEXAS! 5 STARS”

They removed my protector off the camera lens and confirmed my phone wasn’t damaged at all. I really appreciate their help and honesty that my phone wasn’t damage. Will be a returned customer if I ever do need a repair on any of my electronic devices.”

“I've been a Metro customer for years now in the beginning I would always get the really cheap phones and they would break pretty quick you know if I could get a phone till the last 6 months I was you know I'm pretty good shape. Last phone was the Moto 5G and unfortunately it got stolen but I was able to keep that for a little over a year but the guy that works in here his name is amir if I remember correctly..
I thought the service was great I want to believe he was giving me the very best deals possible some of that baby because I was eligible for an upgrade to I'm not exactly sure but I walked out of there with the Moto 5G stylist 2023 6 gigabyte RAM I love this phone I really do he told me to come back right before my first month's plan was up that he would do some edits make a little bit cheaper and he did exactly what he said he was going to do.
The only reason I'm giving this place four stars I do want to believe though that amir was giving me the best deals best prices that were available I've been to quite a few Metro PCS and I would definitely recommend this this one over pretty much all of them in the fort Worth area”

I spent 45 minutes on a chat with an AT&T customer service rep who led me through several things to attempt to fix it with no luck. I decided to try this store because it was near somewhere else I was going, and I am so glad I did! This will be my go to store from now on. I luckily had Deonte Kirk offer to help me.
